Great! How did you, or what did you, do to create it?

I'll try my best to create a step-by-step tutorial, with helpful tips, links, and programs that I picked up along the way (through countless hours of experience and exhaustive trial and error!) When I get home from work today, if I'm not too tired, that is!
Thankfully, it's really not too hard. Biggest variable is always going to be your source material (ideally, ePub, mobi, azw3, html, etc.)
I'm undoubtedly a bookworm, through-and-through! Here are my credentials:

Here's one more while I'm here; it's the only other non-PDF volume of the C.H.R.I.S.T. Series I was able to find:
N. A. Morozov - C.H.R.I.S.T. (The History of Human Culture in Natural Light) Vol. IX: Asiatic Christs. I haven't completed it yet to don't be shocked to see some OCR and formatting errors.

I checked my original documents, and to my surprise I've actually treated Book 3 as Book 5,
I also found out there's book 8 and 9 published posthumously which are now included
