I dont know if this was posted already, but this video got my attention.
It shows trams running without cables. One of them appears (after six minutes) with a single antenna on top of it. Evidence of wireless energy?

The video was colorized and converted to 4k, so its much more easy to look at the details.

This channel is weird. How many years does it exist, and how many videos does it have?

When was the most recent group put out.

I am very skeptical about these 4K 1890-1915 videos. Allegedly converted, right? Allegedly not staged, right?

@ 6:16 behind the railing you can see the wires and the connection to the tam go by just before the white guy and black guy holding hands.
@ 6:39 to the left of the screen you can see the wires and the connection to the tam go by.

I imagine it takes quite some "computer time" to use neural networks to convert old film to a modern 4k 60fps resolution. So far nothing to me seems staged in what I watched.

The channel doesn't seem weird to me. Lots of people make YouTube accounts for personal use, then don't actually post anything on them for a long time. Seems the owner of this channel got into doing "neural networking" restoration of old film within the last year. And decided to share their work with the world recently.

The Travel Film Archive has posted a bunch of new films spanning the 1920s to the 1950s over the last couple of days too. Worth checking out if you're interested.

The restoration of the film is amazing. The video does a side by side comparison at the end. Thanks for sharing the video fabiorem!

That's a train, not a tram.
Look at 3:23, no cables on the tram.
Some of the cars are electric too, they dont produce any smoke. But in their case, I know they used batteries.
The trams, however, are too big, and move on rails.

A little context on this:

Someone used neural networks to upscale a famous 1896 video to 4k quality (Updated)

At the very least, I can imagine certain features may be enhanced and others eliminated when you upscale like this. I wouldn't want to draw any conclusions from the 4K video alone.
