If I’m not mistaken, Mussolini was called a professor. Do we have a doctor and a professor at the helm of the WW2, or they just enjoyed the feeling of being important?

Interesting....

This made me think of Joseph Goebbels. Goebbels had a doctorate in philosophy of the university of Heidelberg, and is often indicated as "Dr. Goebbels" (so in LIFE of 20 March 1939). Perhaps, at a certain stage, Adolf could not leave behind. But on the other side, the article of the Denver Jewish News is from 1922. Goebbels entered the Nazi party in 1924, and was not active in Bavaria, but in Berlin. Anyhow, independently of the "Dr." question, the mentioning of an extermination program in 1922 is very bewildering.

1922. Hitler doesn't take power til 1933. Hitler was World Jewry's guy, the one they were setting up to install for the War.
What?
World Jewry was already setting up the propaganda against Germany and Hitler years in advance, and they were the ones installing him at the same time.
They fund and play both sides... Divide and conquer.
Hitler was a peasant.
Kinda hard to rouse up the masses against some dumb peasant, so every once in a while they threw in Doctor to give Hitler some prestige.

Adolf Hitler was no peasant. He was well read and well spoken, and anyone who listens to his speeches can hear this. He seemed to have had a phenomenal memory. In most Western documentaries, we see him only at the end of his long speeches, when he puts in an rhetorical flourish to shout and wave his arms, as was customary in all the old speech making days before microphones could amplify the sound. It was dramatic to end so. But to the modern sensibility, it looks and sounds half insane, like angry druggies shouting in the night in the ghetto streets.
He spoke both High German and could switch into Austrian dialect with his staff, especially with the women, and he played the gentleman that most men are bred to be in old Austria.
Where he really was educated, possibly privately, we don’t know, but a peasant? Ha!

Albeit the Wikipedia story of his youth is more then suspicious.
Anyway, just like other politicians that made it to the top (howsoever), he was heaped with appraisal and honory degrees from subservant national institutions. But surely not in 1922. Perhaps the Denver Jewish News spilled the beans ???

By the way, there had been some scandals related to German lower-level politicians during the last decades, when it turned out their "doctorates" were plagiarized and/or ghostwritten.
