I spend a lot of free time haunting digital library sites looking for "stuff" and ran across these large folks at the New York Public Library in a collection of military uniforms in a sub-collection, Turkey 1821-1825.

Who are these giants? I especially like these 3 giants, they look nice and kind.
Below: According to Wacki-pedia Kizlar Agha was the name given to the leader of the African eunuchs, that is who is in the print and they say the man in the middle is the court Dwarf, so they say. And the other big guy is the leader of the white eunuchs, at least going by the description on the card. Maybe the small guys is a dwarf, but there is no explanation I could find for the first card.
