The below image is courtesy of @Apollyon from Reddit's CulturalLayer. No clue where he got it from, but would be nice to obtain some additional info. At least, what was the cover up story was?

I've been to Pittsburgh more times than I can count as I live close, and I have a few old maps of the area that indicate there were 2 more Starforts on the peninsula, and also a lack of the smaller Starfort on the Pointe.
