Yeah but nothing old looking. See here you can tell the trees were planted with intention around 100 or so years ago

Not sure if I interpret the images correctly, but mounds usually don't create themselves. Mudfloods tend to create level layers, at least at the top.
I suspect those mounds contain intentionally buried sites.
Cross-associating with Fomenko's theory that the great Chinese Wall was recently built under Mao, one could see parallels in history-making.
