I'm sure there are bound to be many more. There's certainly too many for the symbol to be coincidental.

It reminds me of all nasa-related logos. Does that mean, at that time, trains institutions where govern and controlled by someone

Dieter Bremer would have associated a winged wheel with Atlantis, that is, with a flying space station. But what should have had a space station to do with trains ?

I starting to think that it's all about just secret society continue to preserve the unknown. And this is the sign of their belongings. When you see it, you already know. This is another example of drink with same logo(I must say ...found by my son :) ).

Marketing. Ok. Wheel OK, any wheel agree. But why you need wings to show speed? There is no any simple connection, or you need to start thinking about eagles. :)
Birds fly fast on the wind and our wheels are as fast as a bird.

Herme's mercury doubtless other gods with wings are knocking about to. Even Asterix the Gaul had wings on his helmet.
However as far as I recall they all have feet not wheels.

In one of my posts, I suggested that the wings are only an outward design of an internal function.

According to this logic, I conclude that the double-headed eagle is the external design of the ether collector (or energy collector), and its shape is due to the aerodynamic laws by which the ether moves in the air stream (something similar can be observed on columns and other architectural elements). And it corresponds (including) to the heraldic lily (fleur de lys).

It is possible that the spinning to one side of the wheel activated this etheric gathering. And spinning the other way transferred it to other objects.

In this context, interesting are the emblems and logos in which the winged wheel and the fleur-de-lys are presented together.

@Incognita

I was curious to see if anyone would mention Hermes. The greek god moved freely between the worlds of the mortal and the divine, aided by his winged sandals.

I think this answer is all too obvious to users on this site. The person was clearly not interested in the Wikipedia versions. Perhaps it only seems obvious to me, since the winged wheel is often found in sports symbols (including those in my city; I've been used to it since childhood).

UPD1.

I notice that many sports teams are making this element less and less prominent as they update the logo. It will be interesting to see the next rebranding of the Detroit Red Wings (as the most popular sports team with a winged wheel in the logo). Perhaps here, too, they'll make the role and visibility of the wheel less obvious.

UPD2.

By the way, there may be a connection with Hermes Trismegistus (hello, @trismegistus) and/or hermeticism and/or Thoth (Tot; we often pronounce his name when we say "that"; in Russian it is "tot"; for example, Voldemort in the Russian translation was called "Tot-kogo-nel'zya-nazyvat' – That-who-cannot-be-named"; also, the phrase "tot samy - that imaginary or real person" is often found) and/or Mercurius (the possible red mercury that drove the systems of the old world). And the indication of the winged wheel is a tribute to his works (and their informal dissemination in society).

UPD3.

Or vice versa. The ethereum activated the wheel, thereby setting it in motion. And the presence of the winged wheel on the logos of automobile factories and railroad departments, suggests that in the old world transport was set in motion in a similar way.

UPD4.

Notably, the Mercury Tower in Moscow looks like a wing.

Reminds me also of the Aerosmith logo too. Not sure if in any way relevant, but it is a similar motif.

I agree 100% with the idea of a cordinating power influencing all the Logo-Designs for the companies it orchestrates.

Of course we'll also see tons of logos which adopt the symbolism in a cargo-cult manner which makes it impossible to classify as ths or that by merely looking at the respective logos

Okay who has any evidence of the hidden hand behind these overt symbols?
Who has dug into the background of any of the corporations to see if the same names appear or the same funding sources?
Who has dug in and found out IF the logos changed over the life of the corporation?

Frankly all there is here at present is some similar pictures collected together and an idea.

Old Logo Gorky Auto Plant

I can say at a glance (since I was interested in this topic earlier) that the Ulyanovsk plant (the Moscow Automobile Plant or KIM) and the Gorky plant were built by Ford. The Avtomobilist Yekaterinburg copied the style from the Detroit Red Wings. So at least two branches lead to Detroit or Ford.

Given that Henry Ford (as the creator of the automobile industry) is a strange personality (legend, history), this raises interesting questions. It is possible that he (or rather, with the help of the Ford dynasty family) appropriated the achievements of the old world and adapted them to the new world.

The other part of the logos and emblems are railroad departments. In Russia, this topic is close to the military, so it is hardly possible to find out anything serious. In Europe and America this was done by private companies, so it might be worth looking there (as there should be more information).

Notably, Ford did not have a logo with a winged wheel (there was a winged triangle). But Chrysler (also Detroit) had a similar logo.

UPD.

KIM (Moscow) and GAZ (Gorky) had wings in the old logo (it is fair to say that most logos were without wings), but without a wheel.
