The red thing on the ground that you asked about, appears to be the hat belonging to one with a small head, perhaps the hat of an altar boy - oooppsss.

I just ran across this image on Youtube, where it was described as representing a "Nazi Wizard". Interesting.

Bishop Crozier Images
It is a vine: Vine - Wikipedia
It is ouroboros and many other esoteric symbols.
Interesting article on the topic: The Cause and Nature of Magnetic Currents
It is a spine column with ribs or even current, but coiled.
Look at the pictures and think.

As well as videos:

Suppose the central channel is current, but then what kind of ribs are left from it. That's the question... What are these ribs in general?

Snake_skeleton_3.jpgVine.jpgИрокезы.jpgкец.jpgStatue_of_Liberty,_NY.jpg123.JPG
Посох.pngКокошник.jpg0.jpg
Continuation...

Look at the picture of the discharge of current passing in the canister. Current flows through the central channel (marked in red). Ribs extend from this channel to the sides (marked in blue). These ribs have neither electric nor magnetic field. What are they and how to handle them that's that we must understand. Modern science does not know this, it doesn’t even admit that these ribs exist. If we roll such a section of current into a spiral, we get a spiral with this Ribs. But this thing is actually spatial, not flat. To indicate the volume, the closest esoteric analogue will be the Morgenstern: Morning star (weapon) - Wikipedia
Looking at the Morgenstern, you can understand that this thing is faceted, something like a star is observed in cross section.
You can also look at the ancient buildings, for example, the pagoda. This is the same thing. Only the current here goes from earth to sky. Multiple pagoda roofs recycle energy from these ribs.
These are all complex systems with many ribs. However, no one bothers you with just two ribs. For example, when a bird flies, an incoming stream of air flowing around the bird body is the same current. And two wings of a bird are our ribs. This approach is shown in such esoteric objects as the torus hammer. The hammer handle is a conductor of current, and the two mallet beater are our ribs. There are church staves in the form of tor hammer, which just show this feature. It remains only to understand how to feel the influence of these ribs...

Courtesy of this post, we could probably add some of the Sceptres of Royal Power to the bunch.

An 1872 portrait of Emperor Pedro II of Brazil, holding the very large Imperial Sceptre and invested with other items of the Brazilian Crown Jewels.
  • One hand is gloved.

And here is our Emperor Pedro II telling us that he is one of those who knows what's going on.

Brilliant connection! So the hidden hand is like an allusion to the idea of the gloved possessor of power? Very brilliant connection!!

Found this suspicious editing:

The double armature of St. Peter is a more destructive engine?

Well, what could an armature mean back then to be a destructive engine?

The dictionary that the source is referencing is Johnson's Dictionary which I feel would be the best place to look for the intended meaning. Armature and Engine the following ways:

Are we getting too literal?
Could it mean the connecting of religion and state in one man being the destructive engine?

Perhaps, I'm not foolish enough to think any single word has one clear definition.

These terms are being defined in a dictionary. If you can't be literal with a dictionary when can you be?

These are the same people who used to define Spells:

The double armature is more destructive engine than the tumultuary weapon.

What does tumultuary mean in the dictionary that defines spells most accurately?
Today it has the definition of tumultuary is;

Sounds to me like it's to do with creating unrest or upheavel in people , tumultuary as used in the sentence above I mean.
Wasn't implying you were. You spend far more time in old writings than anyone else here as far as I can tell so you are the least likely to to think like that.

It's just how I talk we're good no worries. Here's how all the derivations of Tumult are defined:

Thaks for the defiitions. I copied them out for clarity.
TUMULTUARY
1. Disorderly ; promiscuous ; confused Bacon, Glanville.
2. Restlese ; put into irregular commotion. Atterbury

A bit different to the meaning ascribed to it today. Still in the dark about the intent behind the setence. Feels deliberately ambiguous. Hidden meaning maybe.
