You have eluded to some further documents and that you have been looking into this topic for a year. Do you have a kind of how-to or step by step recipe to test of create some device?

As @RedNeckGoober alluded to, this is a very desirable end game that many gatekeepers have gate kept and time wasters have wasted time. I hope this is different. I am ready to build to test.

Mendeleyev's periodic table was a game changer for Science when it was first published around c. 1836. Prior to that time a lot of established scientists didn't even believe in Atoms. The original periodic table had a zero element in a row zero above where hydrogen now appears. You can see a 'Real' scientist talking about this in this YT video



Of course he goes on to say the Ether doesn't exist, apparently unaware that 2000 years ago Aristotle established that any statement of the form 'X does not exist' is illogical for all X, because to make such a statement logically you would have to have knowledge of all things. Amusingly, this means that only God can logically say God does not exist, and anyone else saying that is making a statement of faith, not of reason!

Since element zero in row zero was originally part of the periodic table, and was represented by a blank square which also exists in the blank domino, it seems plausible that there could have been other 'Master' elements in row zero adjacent to the zero element which would be logically be numbered from one upwards. And Dominus means Master.

I don't know what any of those domino symbols could have meant, however I would assume that they referred to static electricity, magnetism, light waves and so on - except the understanding of what those things were was different to now. You can read my thoughts about how those things could have been different in this post.

It is also known that Maxwell originally produced a set of 12 equations to describe electromagnetism, only 3 of which are still used. This video talks about the relationship between Maxwell's missing equations and Tesla's technology.

My contact claims to have produced a quantity of the red gold, which creates a powerful static electric field (which he calls the primary imbalance in the Etheric field, see chapter 10), and he has drawn an electric current from it. However I don't have the formula for the red gold, and he has asked me not to reveal any details about his experiment. This is similar to the approach described in the lost key series, which shows ancient photos of vases of a (red) substance in the cupolas of the old buildings.

My feeling is the antiquitech buildings of the late 1800s did not use this process at all. I saw an antique schematic on one of Flat Earth British's videos over a year ago which has now been deleted from YT and I don't have a copy. However the schematic appeared to be from the 1800s and showed what looked like a lightning rod connected through into an underground water cistern. So I think that might be a promising avenue to look into. It resonates with me, as when I was a child in the 70s I noticed that a lot of houses I went into had a tiny cellar which seemed to serve no function (conventional narrative - used for storage before refrigeration was invented). The average house lasts around a hundred years, and most of those houses have been knocked down now. Hardly any houses are built with cellars these days.

One conclusion seems more clear. The commentator notes the 52% carbon of the 'iron' egg is impossible for us to recreate.

Question - Mercury is well known for its ability to dissolve other metals. Are the two metals you mention able to be dissolved by mercury? If not, that would support the assumption that the devices contained a layer of mercury between the outer casing and the inner spinning ball.

Per Wikipedia, iron cannot be dissolved by mercury:

Almost all metals can form amalgams with mercury, the notable exceptions being iron, platinum, tungsten, and tantalum.^{[citation needed]}

So perhaps the high carbon content was produced by using mercury to leach something out of what was originally an iron alloy, leaving a high carbon iron end product. Just speculating.

Per Wikipedia, the individual copper and tin that are alloyed to make bronze can be dissolved by mercury:

Dentistry has used alloys of mercury with metals such as ... copper, ... tin

It's not clear if mercury amalgamates with bronze or not. The technique for producing ormolu suggests mercury does not amalgamate with bronze. But the description of ormolu at that link is vague enough that the possibility mercury amalgamates with bronze is left open.

Perhaps, for example, amalgamation with bronze depends on:

• how 'saturated' the mercury is with other metals when it is applied to the bronze
• or whether the bronze is gilded with mercury nitrate or pure mercury.

I don't know enough about the properties of metals and alloys to produce an answer.

I did note while searching that bronze offers low friction when in contact with other metals, so perhaps my original speculation that the device needed a liquid bearing of some sort was simply off base.

I have wondered if those references and the bronze/iron counterweight sampled in Global Vision's video are some kind of diode. That perhaps the (presumably spinning) inner iron component spun the mercury and produced a centrifugal force that forced something outward towards the bronze but resisted that something's attempts to move back inward.

An aether diode perhaps?

Di- is a word root meaning split in two as in diverge, dichotomy etc. I looked up dielectric and it is defined as something that is capable of supporting an electric field, i.e. a difference in potential (Voltage) with distance. So the word 'Dielectric' may originate as something that splits electrical potential in two. The opposite is a conductor, which is not capable of containing an electric field. I've seen YT videos which say that electricity doesn't really flow in the wires, it is transmitted by the electric fields that form around the wires.

I think a layer of mercury would be necessary to allow the inner ball to spin. The ball would float in the mercury. I can't imagine anything spinning freely on a bronze substrate.

PS many thanks for your post about the inner workings of the balls. I think you're right that they were filled with concrete to deactivate them. However that's just my opinion

'Science" tells us that there are only 3 Magnetic 'elements'. Iron, Boron and Cobalt.
"Science" has no Magnetism about its 'Theory of the Atomic Structure'.
As a result of this, inquisitive minds are still firmly entrapped inside the box.

Mercury makes the STRONGEST magnet of all the so called 'elements'.
If you attempt to do any of the following with Mercury and Battery Current, I advise to not wear any metal or be near any metals.
The use Mercury as the Core for an electro-magnet. If you have mercury in your teeth, DO NOT play with Mercury electro-magnetism. It will be easier to pull your teeth than to detach the Mercurty electro magnet from the tooth. You will have the strongest electro magnet on the planet. Now if you SPIN this electro magnet with a Mercury Core, you will have a Force Field that either repels or attracts to the Earths core (depending upon the 'polarity' of the Center of the Field) and an Electro Motor for vast energy production.

This "centre of the Field Polarity" is the Magnetic Bias of a Controlled Field Effect. Modern science theories have no invention for making a Mono Pole Field either North or a South Pole bias.

I am perplexed by the lack of understanding members have about (1) Atmosphere and (2) Electricity.

The Atmosphere is WIND. Wind is a State of Matter. Matter is 100% Magnetic. We Breathe Wind for the Energy it imparts. Swirling and moving WIND is Magnetic Water Vapor in motion. What does it take to generate 'electricity'? Moving Magnetic Fields.

Electricity is the Flow or perceived Flow of Magnetic Current. We only see it when it "discharges' or equalizes. But its there 100% of the time as The Wind is Magnetic.

We 'capture' or USE electricity in a battery by utilizing the transfer of Vibrations of Dis-Similar 'elements'. Their Vibration rates are different and the Higher wants to move to the Lower Vibration to Equalize or be in Equilibrium. Electricity is a Wave Form that we measure as Heat Energy. Electricity itself, is everywhere we just dont recognize it for what it is. Electricity IS Magnetism in Motion. (creating a wave form.)

This is an electric Universe. Everything is 'electric' or more correctly Magnetic. Electricity has 2 (major) Poles. North or Negative and South or Positive. Whatever the Atomic Structure of WIND, be it Crystals of Light or some marble based theory, when it is in motion it is being Attracted (compression in Russellian science) to another Magnetic Field and on Earth this is a Low Pressure Cell. Sail boats are "sucked" not blown. This movement of Wind generates 'electricity' within the Atmosphere Layers of the Earth. This 'causative' effect of WIND being attracted to a 'region' of Low or North Pole or Implosion or Compression (Russellian) Magnetic Field is the Positions of the Planets and other Spheres in the Heavens. Weather on Earth is the Wind being "driven" (so to speak) by eddy currents within the Earths atmosphere by the interactions of the Wave Forms of the Magnetic Fields of the Planets and the Sun as the major players in these Field Effects. If the Implosion or Compression Forces are strong enough then the WIND condenses into water as rain.

The opposite is a conductor,

In FACT... Every so called 'element' is Conductive. The magnetic Field around the insulated wire can be detected. This means that the ELECTRIC Field travels through or CONDUCTS a Magnetic Field. It may not be a USABLE form of 'electricity' or Magnetic Flow but its THERE.

A plain straight wire electrified in water is not 'usable'. It only burns out if the Magnetic Current (potential difference of Vibrations) is too great. But when the Magnetic Current interacts with itself as in a Coil, there is 'energy release' or vibrational transference as a Wave form when the wire is coiled as in a element in a Kettle. The Plastic Insulator MUST be Conductive to Magnetic Current for a coated wire to make an electro-magnet for the Current to interact with itself. There are no "insulators" there are only varying degrees of 'conductiveness'. The Plastic insulating material around electrical wires is made of the SAME Crystal Light Structures as the metal in the wires.

This wave form of Vibrations carried along a Wire derived by the differring Frequencies of the two 'elements' within the battery has Magnetic Energy and IS A FIELD EFFECT of Magnetism. It effects all that touch or are connected to it. A Motor makes use of the 90 degree interaction of the two Components of the Field, North and South Poles otherwise one is oblivious to the Polarity of the Magnetic Current flow in the wire.
There are 4 Elemental States of Matter. Solid, Liquid, Gas and Fire. OR, Earth, Water, Wind and Fire. Electricity is FIRE or HEAT and is also 100% Water but in a State we fail to understand because of that perverted Periodic Table of the Elements.
Electricity IS THE Electric FIELD around the Wires. It is not 'transmitted by the electric field"

To understand Atmospheric electricity one needs to know what WIND is. It then becomes self explanatory what atmospheric electricity is and does.
To understand 'electricity' better... Never use the word 'electricity'. Use Flow of Magnetic Direct Current. Current be defined by observable effects upon other Magnetic Fields as a transfer of Vibrations causing Wave forms or Fields. Such Magnetic Fields are in fact INFINITE. If one can see the Light from a distant Galaxy, then that Magnetic Light is effecting your retina and your Aura and in the case of Earth, its WINDS.

The Alchemy of Magnetic Energy in the ‘Wind’ you breathe. (aka Atmosphere)

From the ‘controlled’ high school electrolysis experiment we find in the SIMPLEST of terms, that the Positive Electrode produces a vapour that must be present for Fire or Heat energy release and this vapor also ‘sinks’ to the earth. We also find the other electrode makes a vapor that rises higher when made. What we call ‘oxygen’ is South Pole Magnetized “water vapors” made with Positive Electricity from the Positive terminal of a Battery. It’s a ‘controlled experiment in that it does not use pure water but a ‘caustic solution’ and special electrode metals to give a ‘controlled’ result. Oxygen ‘exists’ in our atmosphere as an interaction of the Earth’s Magnetic Fields or other Bio Magnetic Fields upon the Winds. The earths Magnetic Fields are responsible for all the other varying frequencies of “water vapors” that constitutes Earths ‘atmospheric Field’ or the Elemental States of Matter known as Gases or Wind.

The layers of the Atmosphere are like layers of Magnetic Fields, which determines the names we call them as the ‘elements’ of the air. The Earth is a Magnet and the Air Layers, like the ‘ozone layer’ represent the lines of force or iron filings around a magnet separated by their Frequency. Energized or ‘charged oxygen’ or the ozone that one can smell around an electric motor as its starting up, is energizing or Charging the air inside it the motor as the magnetic Field forms. Air is 100% water vapor. The different frequencies of air or ‘elements’ represent differing Magnetic Charges or the Polarity Bias of the Charged Air. What we call the ‘hydrogen atom’, is Negative or North Polarity charged “water vapor” and its repelled from the Magnetic Field of the Earth. Same as Primary Water from mountain top springs are being ‘repelled’ from the earth by their Negative Field Bias that created this Spring water in a localised region or mountain spring.

85% of the air we breathe is water vapor with Neutral Charge we call ‘nitrogen’. To give this ‘nitrogen’ air just a ‘little’ heat, it expands tremendously driving the piston down and propelling your car. Without Nitrogen in the atmosphere, your car wont run. Nitrogen as a neutral or balanced Field Polarity water vapor, is highly reactive to a change in (magnetic) energy levels. Expanding by heat or compressing easily to condense into rain within a low pressure cell. Compression or more correctly Implosion Field Energy is an ‘effect’ of North Pole magnetism/electricity. Expansion is the effect of South Pole magnetism or Positive electrode electricity. Potable water or water vapors, with a pH of 7 or Polarity Bias of Neutral, easily reacts to Magnetic Frequency Energy like ‘fire’ or electrical Charges like lightning electrical discharge or the 2 Polarities from a battery. Acid Alkaline is a ‘measure’ of Magnetic Polarity bias.

14% of the air we breathe has a higher Magnetic South Pole Positive Charge that is available for combining, rusting or combusting easily with other elemental Frequencies as it ‘liberates’ the higher or stored Positively Charged energy that MADE ‘oxygen’ either by electrolysis or the magnetic Fields that permeate the atmosphere.

1% of the air we breathe has had most of the South Pole Energies or Frequencies removed and needs the ‘vortexing’ action within the atmosphere Winds around the Magnetic Field of the Earth to Charge it back up again. The Elemental Frequencies of Wind are a product of Magnetic energy acting on the water vapor that is the Wind. “Everything is magnetic” Manly P Hall.

An Anti-Clockwise vortex or stirring one’s coffee with a left hand spin, induces a higher Charge potential of the Magnetic Light Structures of the water crystal. Whereas a clockwise rotation decreases the Field Charge potential. Within the universal Earth Spin Charge there are many eddy currents and ‘formatting’ of the waters to keep the energy balanced. This isn’t about cyclonic wind direction, this is about stirring one’s Elixirs and homeopathic preparations anti clockwise so as to create 2 interacting rotating magnetic Fields for a higher Field or Magnetic Charge. Air is water vapor of varying charges or frequencies and liquid water is an Electro-Magnetic Crystal easily reprogrammed with controlled Magnetic Fields. The controlled electrolysis experiment being a prime example of 2 new Frequencies of Air with just 2 ‘opposite but equal’ electrodes. Placing 2 electrodes to our own Human Body of water will have similar ‘elemental’ changes. In effect, the human body is 100% water as is everything else in the Universe. ‘Elements’ are but Frequencies of Water. Democritus’s “atom” was indivisible and was represented as an inverted triangle, which is a 2D representation or ‘symbol’ for the Tetrahedron or 3D shape of a Crystal of Light. The water crystal comprises of 6 ‘structures’ of Light forming the simplest of geometric shapes. Light Structures are never found singularly because they are Magnetic. It is indivisible and the ‘elements’ are the Magnetic Resonant Field Patterns of these Water Crystals. This is Alchemy. These ‘elements’ have 4 phases of Energy Levels. Solid, liquid, gas and Fire/Plasma. Much was lost in Earth, Water, Wind and Fire being controlled by the Laws of the Quintessence or Aether.

With each breath, charged ‘oxygen’ air is brought into close proximity with the blood circulating within the Lungs and interacts with the ‘iron’ frequencies in the red blood cells. The higher Magnetic South Pole Positive Charge of the oxygen, easily Magnetizes the ‘iron’ in Haemoglobin. Just like a nail on a magnet, so too, does the red blood cell become more magnetic with South Pole energy. Once the ‘oxygen charge’ is imparted by induction, to Charge the red blood Cells, the Frequency of the air then tests as ‘carbon dioxide’. Same as the exhaust of a car when the oxygen charge is used up in the ‘combustion’ or energy release within the engine. All that is happening is a Frequency change of the Airs Magnetic Vibrations. Nothing from ‘particle science’ breaks the insulating lining of the lungs and magically swims through the plasma and pumps up only the red cells or vice versa. These magnetically Charged Up red blood cells now travel around the body like tiny spinning magnets discharging magnetic energy to every cell in the body as every cell is ‘serviced’ or touches the Vascular system. This is part of the Source of the Energy that creates your Bio Magnetic Field or Aura and its Field strength represents ‘state’ of health. Hard work is breathing exercises. Gym training is breathing exercises. Breathing exercises is hard work and needs to be done often for optimum health energy for all biological functions and proper functioning of the immune system and all 6 senses or Frequency meters.

A good Haemoglobin blood Cell is singularly like a puffed up Toroidal shaped spinning magnet traversing lots of collector ‘tissue’ cells. Just like a magnet passing a copper coil, this induces a current in the Cell increasing Cellular voltage or bio energy potential. Globally speaking flowing magnetic blood generates an Auric Bio Magnetic Field within and around the body whose strength is determined by the amount of charge imparted to red blood cells within the lungs. This is part of the Bio Electric Circuitry of the body. If blood cells are stuck together, there is less tumbling action for this ‘oxygen’ energy, by induction to increase the ‘charge’ factor to these red blood Cells happening in the Energy Exchanger known as the Lungs.

The blood system going up and down and around the body is like an “Infinity Loop” or a figure 8 flow of current around the heart, creating a Rotating Magnetic Field. Tesla talked about creating Free Radiant (Bio) Energy and we see this exhibited organically as the Human Aura. It is imperative we know these magnetic Fields of the body and the ‘elemental’ frequencies within water when adding Direct magnetic Current from a car battery. The flow of Battery energy by connecting electrodes to the body Charges UP our Bio Magnetic Field as we now have another flow of energy in a circle through the body and back into the battery. There is a right way and a wrong way to do it. The batteries terminals must connect with the bodies terminal Polarities. You don’t connect a car battery charger up the wrong way. We learn all this from inflating our lungs with South Pole charged water vapor as Positively Charged Wind.

In the video, we have two examples of someone taking the balls apart. However, the conjectures and the results of the examination are not clear to me.

Observations: This egg-shaped ball looks as though it were free to spin, though apparently without bearings. That suggests the bronze outer contained a fluid that lubricated the egg-shaped iron inner while it spun. This lubrication being in addition to whatever other function this fluid may have performed.

The commentator suggests the device was for making mercury. It might help to know the reasoning behind that conjecture.

If it did make mercury, perhaps it ran quietly when it had made enough mercury to lubricate the spinning 'egg'. Perhaps a grinding noise indicated that mercury was not being made. Perhaps then a top-up was required.

But perhaps it didn't make mercury. Perhaps it did something else. The thread conjectures these balls were for making light rather than mercury. Perhaps they made mercury and light. Perhaps they made light from mercury (mercury lamps) but the mercury came from elsewhere.

Perhaps it was lubricated with blood (a fluid we call 'plasma' plus organic iron particles). That may be what 'red gold' or - perhaps - 'red mercury' refer to.

One conclusion seems more clear. The commentator notes the 52% carbon of the 'iron' egg is impossible for us to recreate.

Observations: This appears to be a somewhat similar device ("the consistency of all vases", as the commentator points out). It's not clear if he is saying that the 'granite' or 'anti-granite' 'pod' (?) or 'part' (?) was created to replace a high-carbon spinning internal egg. Or if he is saying the granite/concrete was part of the original device. I think he means the concrete/granite is an artifact of the wrecking of the device.

He seems to be suggesting the granite/concrete was poured into the original (presumably bronze) outer shell to retain the device's appearance while removing its functionality. He seems not to be suggesting that the granite/concrete itself was required for the device to be functional. However, this part of the commentary is ambiguous.

At the end of this clip, he suggests that it was originally an AET capacitor. That is not the same function as mini-mercury production plant. It's not the same function as a lamp. Unless mercury production was a side effect of storing AET in high-carbon iron eggs that spun in a blood dialectric contained in a bronze outer 'plate'.

Were we able to recreate the high-carbon iron - and if it matters - the bronze alloy mix involved, we could experiment with reproducing the original function. Though I think the issue of whether or not there was a dialectric and, if so, what the dialectric substance was, remain unanswered.

Obviously, as one reviews this material, the links to bronze bells, Nazi bells and Tibetan prayer wheels come to mind. But they don't help resolve the unknowns I've mentioned above.

This is all very good stuff, thank you. I'm seeing Ether as the endless magnetism which is everywhere and always in perfect balance. It produces unlimited potential electricity in every direction all the time. A lot of the phenomena we observe in our so called 'Reality' results from imbalances and discharges of this energy, including in manners such as you describe.

Once you include frequency onto that you get to roughly where Tesla starts from, to the best of my understanding.

'Scalar waves' is one name for this. Most light waves (or observable light waves) have a direction of travel and frequency spectral characteristics, as well as changing constantly in time. A Scalar wave occurs at a point where every possible frequency of light travelling in every possible direction meets together and thus perfectly cancels itself out, yielding no net observable effects, yet providing unlimited potential energy. And yes there's a question about if the energy is useful or not. Energy starts in the highest frequencies and propagates down into lower and lower frequencies until it becomes direct electric current (DC) or, some would say, physical matter.

I believe that concentrating these scalar waves gives a healing effect, and the energy can be stored in stone.

One of the sets of laws of Physic discovered (or written down) in the late 1800s regards the transmission of energy via different frequencies. These laws were all written down in the Sanskrit Vedas long ago.

1) Energy can travel from a higher frequency to a lower frequency, but never the other way round.

2) All the information contained in a lower frequency vibration can be accurately stored, conveyed and communicated by a higher frequency vibration, but the information contained in the higher frequency signal cannot be accurately maintained, stored, or represented by the lower frequency.

The blood system going up and down and around the body is like an “Infinity Loop” or a figure 8 flow of current around the heart, creating a Rotating Magnetic Field. Tesla talked about creating Free Radiant (Bio) Energy and we see this exhibited organically as the Human Aura.

EDIT - as an aside - when an embryo is forming in the womb, there is a point where the blood circulation system only has one part, the aorta, which forms a little horseshoe shaped loop from the heart and back. I don't agree with much of what the 'Real' scientist says, I only introduced him into the conversation to prove that row zero of the periodic table really existed, and is not just a figment of someone's imagination.

The new document which is the primary focus of this thread says, on page 1, 'The winner (of a world war) gained the right to rewrite world history and pushed the planet into a new technological world order. In accordance to the winner's will, sciences were altered to serve this new ideology. Every mention of different types of atmospheric energy was to be disposed of, and all scientific bases to be altered in order to prove the impossibility of producing such energy.'

The removal of row zero of the periodic table was one of the things that was altered. It's my belief that the zero element was the element from which all other elements originate, i.e. the Ether. I broadly agree with what you've said in your post above - The Light Universe where Light is Magnetic and the Aether is an Energy Grid Matrix where the 4 physical States of Matter, Solid, Liquid, Gas and Fire (the Elements) 'exist or move upon'.

The Ether had been an established, fundamental part of all Western Science, philosophy and alchemy for many centuries up to the point when it was removed via the Michelson Morley experiment. The removal of the Ether was highly contentious, and established scientists argued about it for an entire generation from the late 1800s through to the 1920s. Eventually all the old professors who believed in the Ether retired, and were replaced by younger ones for whom a condition of their employment was they had to say 'There's no such thing as the Ether.'

Nine of Maxwells equations were also removed. When I was at university in the 1980s, I had access to books which talked about those missing equations. My professor talked about them too. I'm interested in your statements about how the different components of air like Nitrogen and Oxygen are just different charge states (or neutrally charged in the case of Nitrogen), I've seen these ideas before and they make sense to me. However I'm even more interested in understanding the etymology of the words. 'Gen' obviously comes from generate, so Hydrogen is that which creates water. So Nitrogen is that which creates nitro, and Oxygen is that which creates oxy, but what do nitro- and oxy- mean?

Another thing that has been eliminated is static electricity. All modern electrical systems, by law, have to be grounded, which means no static electricity can build up. This is portrayed as being for safety, but it may well also eliminate any possibility of accessing the free energy.

The accepted theory is that electricity is carried by the movement of negatively charged particles called electrons, but it was already obvious this was not the case 40 years ago. How do you propose to understand either, in a historical perspective, when the "settled Science" or scientific knowledge about 'electricity' and 'atmosphere' is grossly perverted in todays schools of Higher learning. If you note, I use the Olde Aristotelian Physics muchly updated with Tesla, John Keely, Dewey Larson, Walter Russell and our own unique Inventions to make it easily grasped by those with no science back ground.
It would appear you are trying to understand a pdf about Energy using theories 'invented' after the Presumed Technology has been 'destroyed'. The logic in this is remarkable.

The more wires in a given diameter of wire cable allows for more Magnetic Current to 'travel'. If it flowed IN the wires then a singular thick wire would carry more but it doesnt.
How do you get an electric current as a by-product when inducing a Magnetic Field in a wire? They are one and the same actually.

My main use of the word Ether in normal daily life is with regard to the Etheric body. It's always been spelt this way in my experience. I have done training with gifted healers who have taught me about these life energy principles.

Primary imbalance is a very simple concept. Let's use a simple example, the pendulum.

A pendulum consists of a weight, a cord, and a fixed attachment point from which the cord is suspended. We have simple mathematics that can accurately predict the frequency of the pendulum from its length. However the pendulum will just stay still forever unless we introduce a primary imbalance into the system, which in this case, means pushing the pendulum to one side.

After the pendulum has been pushed once to the side, it will naturally oscillate, potentially for a long period of time.

Do tell me you understand "etherial"

The Etheric field is the pulsating light field that gives life to the human body. In previous times it was widely recognised that the Earth too has an etheric field, which you call the Aether. I'm tremendously excited by the idea that there may be suppressed scientific knowledge that is able to replicate this vital life force energy via some electrical/mechanical means.

My understanding is that Tesla called this energy 'Scalar waves.' I would like to know how to create a device that would amplify these scalar waves, in order to enhance my own personal health and sense of well being. I explained what my understanding of these is in a previous post.

Just as I was about to Post the above we had a power blackout for the last 5 hours. Another paragraph is in order as I feel another brief explanation of the Aether, the source of energy that makes up all of creation supplying the Light Crystals as 'needed'.
Aristotle 'likened' the Quintessence or the 5th Controlling Element (Aether) as Planes or lines of Energy that permeate 'space'.
These planes of energy might best be visualized like a 3D cubical Quad matrix. Or like taking match sticks and making an infinite number of Cubes to fill a 'space'. To look at it one would see 'planes' intersecting giving each INTERSECTION an 'x', 'y', and 'z' Co-ordinate of space. Its very useful for navigation. So its an ACTUAL ENERGY GRID PATTERN in 3D.

Light Structures constitute the 2 Way flow of 'energy' from this Grid or Matrix at the Point created by the Conscious thought spark from the Aether in a Neutral Centre which is the Attachment point to the Aether. "Physical Matter" is like the threads of string that make the Images on a 2D Tapestry artwork. Physical Matter exists or moves upon a 3D Tapestry Grid. This Energy Grid or Aether is responsible for Inertia and physical Energy (4 Elemental States of LIGHT STRUCTURES, resists 'change' on the Grid due to 'drag' like dragging a magnet over aluminum. The 'state' or INTEGREITY of the Grid is NOT universally even throughout the Universe and thus the speeds that Light Crystals and Vibrations can travel experience this 'drag' or limiting factor.
The Aether is also loosely known as HEAVEN. Where all things come and go from. The Universal Mind of God is Heaven and it is also the Aether in 'scientific' terms rather than religious terms.

Atmospheric Energy is the same as Earth Energy is the same as Bio Energy is the same as FIRE. Until one creates an Antenna (defined Magnetic Field) does one create a Neutral Centre for the energy to manifest 'to and from' but it is necessary to also have a Place for it to 'go' this may be the earth or the Physical body of the Human. Most anything can be an antenna, even a rock. Between ANY 2 defined Magnetic Fields there is Vibrational Energy transference which is a simple BATTERY design. It takes only two Plates in the earth to form a molten rock pool if their 'Charge differentials' are great enough when shorting out, to melt rocks and form Volcanoes. Nothing to do with 'magma'. The Plates Charge factors, like the WINDS moving between High and Lows are greatly influenced by the Positions of the Planets, moon, Sun and other celestial bodies.

In that Neutral Centre Link, it actually does 'give' the 'size' of the Neutral Centre (for earth but its the same for the sun) its not mentioned as a measurement but as a 'point. By you reading that Link, again you might find the evidence to refute my 3 meters and then you hopefully understand more by being sent back to do some more home work. It takes months to understand the Neutral Centre Aspect of Existence. There is no simple answer to the Neutral Centre as evidenced by the link. Its 'size' belies its functionality. Would you believe me if I said one could Astral Travel to the Centre of the Sun or Earth and literaly View the Energy flow, or God told me during a trip we made to Vegas together back in '99? ( It wasnt the Austrian Ski trip to collect Spring Waters from the peaks of the Alps, I'm sure it was in Vegas researching a "batch smelter" trip for some Alchemy experiments.) Nothing is as it seems, keep an open mind and the info will be more easily digested.

When you review the Neutral Centre Link again, what separates our Version from their Version, is this... We have many inventions that utilize this Neutral Centre in many ways and the explanations are more matter of factly rather than in the mists of religious speak. Their inventions were all either destroyed or buried in the mists of time. We have many inventions to prove what they still only present as Theory.

I don't agree with much of what the 'Real' scientist says, I only introduced him into the conversation to prove that row zero of the periodic table really existed, and is not just a figment of someone's imagination.

The new document which is the primary focus of this thread says, on page 1, 'The winner (of a world war) gained the right to rewrite world history and pushed the planet into a new technological world order. In accordance to the winner's will, sciences were altered to serve this new ideology. Every mention of different types of atmospheric energy was to be disposed of, and all scientific bases to be altered in order to prove the impossibility of producing such energy.'

The removal of row zero of the periodic table was one of the things that was altered. It's my belief that the zero element was the element from which all other elements originate, i.e. the Ether. I broadly agree with what you've said in your post above - The Light Universe where Light is Magnetic and the Aether is an Energy Grid Matrix where the 4 physical States of Matter, Solid, Liquid, Gas and Fire (the Elements) 'exist or move upon'.

The Ether had been an established, fundamental part of all Western Science, philosophy and alchemy for many centuries up to the point when it was removed via the Michelson Morley experiment. The removal of the Ether was highly contentious, and established scientists argued about it for an entire generation from the late 1800s through to the 1920s. Eventually all the old professors who believed in the Ether retired, and were replaced by younger ones for whom a condition of their employment was they had to say 'There's no such thing as the Ether.'

Nine of Maxwells equations were also removed. When I was at university in the 1980s, I had access to books which talked about those missing equations. My professor talked about them too. He said 'I don't know why we don't use these equations, we just don't.' You can see a video talking about how Maxwell's missing equations explain how Tesla's technology works here.

I'm interested in your statements about how the different components of air like Nitrogen and Oxygen are just different charge states (or neutrally charged in the case of Nitrogen), I've seen these ideas before and they make sense to me. However I'm even more interested in understanding the etymology of the words. 'Gen' obviously comes from generate, so Hydrogen is that which creates water. So Nitrogen is that which creates nitro, and Oxygen is that which creates oxy, but what do nitro- and oxy- mean?

Another thing that has been eliminated is static electricity. All modern electrical systems, by law, have to be grounded, which means no static electricity can build up. This is portrayed as being for safety, but it may well also eliminate any possibility of accessing the free energy.

The new document which is the primary focus of this thread says, on page 54, that static electricity build up was an inevitable result of what the author calls a 'Primary imbalance in the etheric field' i.e. a sign that the Etheric energy technology was working. By designating static electricity as undesirable, TPTB have again made Atmospheric energy unavailable.

To address some of your points -

I think electric current definitely does flow in wires, however you can view it as a by-product of the fields around the wires which are doing the real work. In fact all modern circuit electricity produces heat as a waste product. It's accepted as a law of physics that heat build up is inevitable, and in fact this is one of the main limiting factors preventing computers from becoming more powerful. I'm sure there was a completely different understanding of this heat process with the Etheric science of the 1800s.

Electrons - my professor told me in the 1980s that the electronic theory was already broken. The accepted theory is that electricity is carried by the movement of negatively charged particles called electrons, but it was already obvious this was not the case 40 years ago. However no mainstream scientist dares to question this.

If possible please share links to these different periodic tables or better...attach them.
