The giant man on the left has a disproportionately smaller head compared to the rest of his body, almost like he didn't develop properly. Now, granted, it could just his headdress obscuring his features or his clothes making him look bulkier than he actually is but the giant man on the right doesn't seem to have that problem. His body appears to be normally proportioned.

The giant on the right is with a stick, he probably had some trouble walking. Notice that he is a bit inclined, like he is lacking balance.

Dont reported giants had problems with their long legs? Maybe this would explain their disappearance, as a recessive gene.

the real problem is nutrition watch the dutch giant he's huge but he eats properly for his size and doesn't appear to have any physical troubles when he started eating right
