This isn't a photograph but it is a drawing that needs to be discussed as it is the only one of its kind that I have seen. I had seen a low quality version of it in a video earlier this year and tried to find it but it wasn't until today that I saw another video which showed a much clearer version which I was then able to reverse image search on Yandex and find the full image. It stood right out to me because it shows an old world structure and how it interacts with the electric potential in the air.

At bottom are the zodiac signs but I can't make out the rest of the text. I wish I knew where it came from.

This is the translation of the comment on the image from this page:

An interesting picture from an old TREATISE 👍 The flow at the surface goes around the gazebo, allowing the maximum field to be filmed in the area of the top of the dome ⚡ Various SCHUMANN WAVE HARMONICS (a special term in radio engineering) are shown. Each of the harmonics, reflecting from the ionosphere, spreads as a standing wave around the planet. In fact, Schumann waves are the waves of the world ether. There are several Schumann harmonics, and each has its own specific frequency (like a radio wave, for example). Now the main thing: why are these waves drawn here, above the dome device (portal). It simply shows clearly where atmospheric electricity comes from and how it is obtained in the so-called DOME GENERATOR. Schumann waves (ether flow) affect the receiving antenna (spire) on the dome. Then, in the dome itself (covered with a substance with mercury), a vortex of electrons is created, flowing down the dome, thereby creating a magnetic (etheric) field under the dome. And then the etheric field is used for its intended purpose. In this case, as energy for the operation of the portal 🌀

It's undeniable at this point that atmospheric electricity was indeed used in the past and was likely common knowledge. It confirms that the gazebo mentioned here by @Frostychud must have been working in this fashion to power the fountain and the lights. The lights would have been gas discharge lamps and the fountain would either use a pump mechanism underneath or perhaps the way it is designed incorporates the electric field itself to pull the water up as water is known to be affected by static electricity.

I'd also like to bring attention to this image from the lost key thread for comparison. It shows a tall obelisk with a finial on top and at the bottom is a fountain.
