US6822361B1 - Orbiting multi-rotor homopolar system - Google Patents
This is quite the patent to read through for the more techincally minded out there. Pay special attention to the description for how the flywheel of buses from the 1950's used the kinetic energy generated during stopping to recharge the system. Homopolar (i.e. single direction) motors have existed for a while.
The electro-magnetic theory involved would correspond to electrons traveling along a single line of flux, North or South. This is purely DC (direct current) phenomena, which is a more 'localized' effect than AC. It could also be described as Uni-polar, which is analogous to Homo-polar.
Based on the Searl-effect generator operation principle, I'm pretty sure we are merely re-discovering the principles of electro-magnetism. Magnetism generates electricity, and electricity creates magnetic fields. Provided you can use the momentum from one, or energy from the other, you can extract more energy from output than input. Vacuum isn't neutral, it is an infinite source of 'potential' energy that isn't "time" bound by conventional physics. If Tataria had this technology, they knew there wasn't a Planck constant or Avogadro number for the speed of light required to run ambient/radiant technology.
Time is the emperor without clothes, you can't measure it. You can only measure two known points arbitrarily against eachother, but not against infinity. The two points occur only on a scale against eachother, essentially the beginning and end point of a ruler where they are the only two points of measurement.

Every point existing outside of 0 and 1 being imaginary. Reality is what works, derivatives and chaos theory is mostly lies, the reason why it works is intellectual abstraction.
