I wanted to touch up on this for a while now. Every time when I hear about the intricate tunnel systems dug out by the rebel fighters in Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, etc., I find myself laughing. Who carved them out in the rock, these guys?

KD: Check out some of those tunnels, and voice your opinion on who you think is responsible for their existence.

Correspondents went down to the "underground city" of terrorists in northwestern Syria.

The report says that the tunnels stretch for kilometers.

This is not ridiculous at all. I'm sure terrorists can dig remarkable tunnels using only box cutters.

I know from military sources that the war in Afghanistan is not a conflict to be won, but an Alladdin's Cave to protect.
Rare earth elements, gemstones, heroin trade in billions, and underground bases scattered everywhere.
The culture that built the ones in Turkey may have originally built the Taliban's.

Listened to some podcast a few years back. The dude claimed the Iraqi Freedom was organized to retrieve Nimrod's head. Sounds pretty coocoo out there, but who knows?

I think I've heard Ark of the Covenant too, though that's allegedly in a few different spots already. It is probably smart to muddy the waters with rumors of relatively famous mythological/Biblical objects as a large amount of people will dismiss it anyway. Thanks Indiana Jones!

Of course, this works even if the objects are real too.
