My view is that this has nothing to do with human interference and all to do with the solar minimum and the severely weakened earth's elecromagnetic field. It's happening around the globe. Crazy and unpredictable weather events + increased seismic activity will only intensify.

They are happening all around the place. Obviously not on the same day. Every day nowadays there is news of a major earthquake or volcanic eruption somewhere around the globe. Often they happen offshore or where there are no people so they don't get reported. I can just think of something like 4-5 volcanic eruption in the past month, Stromboli, PNG, Kuril Islands, Sinabung, etc. Plus think of all the recent increased magma activity under Yellowstone and in Iceland. It's gurgling down there and I feel like shit's gonna hit the fan at some point. I also feel like TPTB know this very well but do not want to spread panic.
With the freakish California government (with the obvious resettlement/genocide plans and the rushing in to asset strip) and then the ‘fires’, who knows?
I started watching quake data on globalincidentmap website a few months ago. When I first discovered the website I was blown away by how many quakes occur each day. I usually pull the page up in my phone at least three times a day. Live Earthquakes Map
'The large crack extends some distance from an area that apparently held water before. The erosion patterns on the desert sand indicate that some of that water was sucked out'
I gotta be closer in Renton and did not feel it either.
Interesting quote from Komo News article:
"I was at my daughter's work in Everett and we heard a growling noise followed by the ground and building shaking," says @mikeykg05 on Twitter. "Felt and sounded so much different than the one I experienced in 2001."
Man we are both up early!
I know in the past I've heard people say they have heard a loud bang before a quake, but I've never heard it before.
Living in the PNW my entire life and we have had quite a few quakes over the last 60 some years that I remember and definitely felt. One big quake in the early 60s I was in grade school and sat near a window and just happened to look out as the ground was rolling towards us like a wave ripples.
And the msn 'be very scared' narrative goes on
Apparently, the southern part is 'locked, loaded and ready go....'
'Why is this eminent seismologist making these alarming statements? Well, the fact is that there has not been a major release of stresses in the southern portion of the San Andreas fault systemsince 1857. In simple terms, the San Andreas is one of many fault systems roughly marking the border between the Pacific and North American tectonic plates. Both plates are moving in an approximately northerly direction but the Pacific plate is moving faster than its North American counterpart, meaning that stresses between the plates are constantly building up'
Love this bit of 'journalism'
'Why is this eminent seismologist making these alarming statements?'
Using words like this to describe a scientist will cement his un questioned stature in peoples minds.
Wow, thats a lot of tremors in a small area. Hope you have a bug out bag and location to go to KD! Have you noted any strange 'political' delays to big regional projects for Seattle or Olympia? Just curious, because if people know something is going to happen, certain funding seems to 'dry up'. Why spend the money building bridges and/or highway projects if they are just going to be destroyed if the big one hits?
I’ve been hearing some about this, and it’s pretty wild. I keep remembering this whole area seemed to be under water not extremely long ago. I feel for you over there. Perhaps it’s going to settle down. It could.
Our place is for sale and we were showing today and had a 3.4 (2 others not felt). Hadn’t had any bigger ones since a 4.2 a few days ago. Sigh. They said they are used to them living in California for awhile. Mmhmm.
But unassuming Californians can now be alerted that a significant temblor has hit and it's time to promptly "Drop, Cover, and Hold On" before their world starts shaking'
