Assuming a high energy and imprecise direction. With absolute energy control and absolute direction control, just about anything is possible. It's unlikely to be that advanced, absolute in either case would likely be an evolving definition, but anyone's guess how close we are.
We seem, the public that is, to get more information on the advancement of energy control, and the direction control, not so much.
There are better words to describe it, such as the KD post quoting tesla above, but I'm not letting go the DEW mnemonic device paradigm.

I think the house below damaged by the intelligent wildfire is a runner up for the Oscar. Just shows that all their investigations are a bunch of BS.

Back in 2015, Lockheed Martin demonstrated its Advanced Test High Energy Asset (ATHENA) laser system for the US Army by blowing 5 drones out of the sky, as well as disabling vehicles from above. According to Digital Trends: “The weapon combines multiple fiber modules to generate an intense laser beam.”

Lockheed Martin’s Website states: “Our fiber lasers operate with an efficiency that generates less heat and exists in a smaller package allowing easier incorporation into various defense platforms. True. It's just very disconcerting to see people instantly incinerated in their melting vehicles when just a few feet away is safety and unburnt areas. What horror of a human being would/could do such a thing? For testing purposes? With such weapons, no one is safe and nowhere is safe.

For me these occurrences also signify how blind to their own observations the masses are. The events are screaming with foul play, but try telling somebody about this, and they will bring you a tinfoil hat on a plate.

Lol, I always hear that laser weapons were overhyped and they will not go into actual service until the 2030's, given the story of wasteful bureaucratic spending in the US military.

If we really want to confirm our suspicions, we should see if they were any military airplane flight paths just before the fires started, or better yet where they would be to cause the damage if they purposefully made an arson fire to distract with fake news while the planes fly overhead and burn cars, buildings, etc.

Plus, apparently these things can do their damage from miles away. If there's an airport hangar close enough they may just be able to flip the switch and do their worst right there in the hangar without having to even do a flight (adjusting for line of sight target).

Does anyone remember Senator Paul Wellstone plane crash ?

I do not think that all of the circumstances match the California fires, but notice the fire " The fire fighters could not put it out"? The bodies were turned to ash and it burned with a strange orange color, for seven hours.?

I think it's both population control and to save money. People are being driven out of California and those left are being sucked dry of money. There's going to be some major "natural" disasters because we keep drilling and F**king with volcanoes for geo thermal heat. Once there's a large scale earthquake and the ring of fire explodes there's going to be mass chaos in America. If it's going to happen anyway might as well speed the process along. Once China turns to a gold standard and lock the US out with yuan like we did with the dollar our economy will be a joke anyway.

I wonder how many of these homes were insured? Insurance companies are a powerful lobbying group and if they're getting left out of the loop and made to pay through the nose, we may eventually hear the truth of these fires.
