I would like to suggest this for browsing youtube
ytorg/Yotter (see Public Instances, if you feel paranoid, use throway email)
For search engines, avoid duckduckgo. The (((owner)))'s business before this, was a school-reuniting application, and he made money off selling personal information from the users. Enough said.
For search engines, I cannot verify each one of them, and as long the code is closed, it's impossible to verify them.
Use searx instances preferably, as anyone can vouch for them and they are transparent, and obviously prefer using Tor or VPN (Without javascript so they can't get your IP), and you are 100% clean
Also, if you use google chrome (or mozilla firefox soon), it doesn't matter if you use a proper service of the above OP. But it's a good list to check (though some search engines are compromised but too many to confirm)
Ah and as always, windows 10 sends logs of your activities, under the pretense of "telemetry to improve services"
Prefer linux or using windows 7 and disabling updates
