You've manifested here to experience both and eventually transcend them.

Made a video the other day that maybe has something in it to help what all of us seem to be going through physically and energetically right now.
I watched both videos, studytruth, and found them inspiring. If it's not too private, though, I wonder if you could provide more details about the spiritual attacks you felt after putting out the first video. I do myself occasionally feel something like "klesha attacks," especially in these times. In my case, I describe the situation as getting lost in a negative emotional state, usually a combination of fear and anger, connected with some external political/conspiratorial/biomedical terror narrative. For instance, I might start thinking about the mark/mask agenda, or about how I plan to resist forced vaccination, and I lose myself for a while. Sometimes for an hour or more! My feeling is that these strong negative emotional states, while they are based in plausible concerns, do not serve me in any way (they certainly do not involve any "actionable intelligence"), but rather feed the originators of the narratives in which they seem to be tied up, perhaps on some spiritual level. Meditation can be a way out, but I have to say that these "attacks" are quite powerful and seem more like a storm that I have to sit through until it passes.

Thanks for the new information. I hope trauma doesn't completely destroy the body's systems for my sake. I always thought certain zeolites were good for chelating because of people's testimonies here and other places and some studies on clinoptilolite that showed it to have a high affinity for releasing all sorts of bad metals including mercury into the waste (Critical Review on Zeolite Clinoptilolite Safety and Medical Applications in vivo). And yes, more than a little fearful. It's a daily struggle, and I have amalgam fillings so it makes me even more worried for my already bad health and that of my family.
That's discouraging as someone with a few trauma related mental ouchies at this stage in my life. It's hard enough to pretend to pretend to be happy especially after waking up to a lot of things I've learned recently.
