Royal Palace, Phnom Penh - Wikipedia

Moonlight Pavilion
The Preah Thineang Chan Chhaya (Khmer: ព្រះទីន័ងច័ន្ទឆាយា) or "Moonlight Pavilion", is an open-air pavilion that serves as stage for Khmer classical dance in the past and present. It is one of the most notable buildings of the palace as it easily seen from the outside as it was built alongside a section of the palace walls. The Chan Chhaya Pavilion has a balcony that was used as a platform for viewing parades marching along Sothearos Boulevard of Phnom Penh. The current Pavilion is the second incarnation of the Chanchhaya Pavilion, this one constructed in 1913–14 under King Sisowath to replace the earlier wooden pavilion built under King Norodom. The current pavilion is of a similar design as the earlier version. The Chanchhaya Pavilion dominates the facade of the Palace on Sothearos Blvd. The Pavilion serves as a venue for the Royal Dancers, as a tribune for the King to address the crowds and as a place to hold state and Royal banquets. Most recently, the Pavilion was used for a banquet and a tribune for the new King at the 2004 coronation of King Norodom Sihamo

We can see it is definitely strung with something.
Possibly cover.

Of course, this is a simplified picture. Instead of a loop, it is a complex knot. Inside the chains (lines) are multilevel spirals.

It was suggested that this effect (if not fake) could have been caused by some kind of sound effect.

My hypothesis (assuming the sound theory is correct, in this case). It is possible that a sound vibration is transmitted through these chains or it is created by these chains (a spiral chain is twisted and unwound in stages; if we assume that there are many twists and several levels, it explains why we think that the chain has no movement; all movement occurs inside the chain; but for this, there must be a very, very high quality twist).

Most likely, this example (if it is not a fake), is an attempt to replicate ancient technology in more materialistic ways (than those described in @Catalyst's articles, etc.).

Remember when Praveen Mohan posted the video where he showed that ancient temples depicted knots and similar connections? There may be a connection to this. Only the knots have to be metal, not thread/rope. The knot ties and creates unique waves (when twisted and untwisted) that depend on the method of tying the knot.

I see here a presumptive connection to spiral columns in ancient buildings (I have a thought that most columns in the ancient world were spiral; later they were plastered over or replaced with brick ones; perhaps the brick layer is only an outer layer that damps large vibrations, but does not affect the internal small vibrations).

Old Catherine Cathedral, Yekaterinburg. Temples with spiral columns can also be found in other parts of the world (and here).

Theoretically, they could create a complex energy nodal spiral wave network (both within a single building and within a city/country/world/universe).

Given the British (of course knots are important in other cultures as well) great traditions associated with knots, it is not surprising that Anglophone culture dominates the world today. Either Britain was the first to appropriate (after the cataclysm) this cultural and technological stratum. In this case, it does not matter.

Thanks to @MgvdT for pointing out the video from Cambodia.

UPD1. Earlier, I wrote this post, which is related to spheres on ships and yachts. It is only a fortunate coincidence. I assumed that there is some kind of accumulator or energy transmitter inside the sphere. Perhaps the knotty spiral is related to this.

UPD2. An interesting idea was expressed.

"... but if you are talking frequency waves, a knot in a wire could act like an impedience node and develop its own energy field".

Thanks to @Oracle.

UPD3. By the way, the idea of taking energy from the inner spiral came to my mind thanks to extracting fire from nettles (+ chalk/ash/saliva; any binder that will be at hand + board and flat surface).

I searched YouTube for a video in English. It is from a Slovenian (and has few views).

I watched this video about 3 years ago in Russian (this video is popular among hikers and has more than a million views).

Apparently this is some kind of Slavic method of making fire (most likely you can make fire this way not only from nettles; I think if you find a material/metal that is more susceptible to friction, you can make fire faster; but it's more dangerous, most likely).

The essence of the method is to create internal friction of oppositely directed rolls of nettles.

1. Roll nettles in a proper roll (roll strictly in one direction).
2. The first roll in the other roll (it should be rolled in the opposite direction).
3. You should get a tight (due to the binder) matryoshka roll (inner roll is wound in one direction; the outer roll is wound in the other direction). It should be started to roll it strongly.

If everything is done correctly, there will be a charcoal rubbing (or tinder-friction-attrition; RUtrut-RUteret'-RUtrenie; truth in trut) with sparks. With it, you will be able to start a fire (paper, thin wood chips, thick wood chips, thin twigs, thick twigs, thin wood, normal wood).

That will be the result (if you do it right).

If you are interested in the details, see the Russian video, as the author of the video shows everything in detail (if you have the desire to see).

Another confirmation of the universality of the laws of the universe.

P.S. From this it follows that the spirals within the spirals must be consistently twisted in opposite directions to create this friction. This is if we take as materialistic a non-wave aspect as possible.

UPD4. I remembered another interesting point. After watching the movie Tenet, I learned that in Russian culture this palindrome (SATOR-AREPO-TENET-OPERA-ROTAS) looks different (САТОР-АРЕПО-ТЕРЕТ-ОПЕРА-РОТАС; SATOR-AREPO-TERET-OPERA-ROTAS). There is a 17th century Russian book that presents this palindrome (of course, this palindrome is also found in other major cultures).

Perhaps the word TERET (RUteret'-ENrub-ENattrition) means friction (I often think that it is friction that originates our life; given that this is the pure truth). When I was interested in this palindrome, the context of my search was that European culture was created out of the vanished old united stolen culture (+ I was interested in why the Russian/Soviet theme was strongly developed in the film).

Even the very idea of the film confirms this idea of friction as a source of life. "The present is the friction (trenie) of the past and the future" or "the tension between the past and the future".

To be honest, I liked the film a lot.

I can't find that book now. The book (rus; The Great Circle of Creation of the World/Peace, 16th century; Veliky Mirotvorny Krug) I found no longer contains (or did not contain; I may have the wrong title) mention of this palindrome. I'll try to find it. An image search took me to the New Chronology website (but it's very confusing to navigate there).

UPD5. Found the book (rus; 198 pages in link; 204 pages in PDF file). World/Peace Creation Circle (Krug Mirotvorny), mid-17th century.

UPD6. I found another interesting point. In addition to friction, it is also important to pull/stretch the helix. The Russian word for "pull" is "tyanut'_" (pronounced as "tenut'_"). It comes from the PIE root "ten" (tension etc). An amazing "coincidence".
