I don't think it's possible to get to the factual proof of what "as above, so below" really means. There are many interpretations, and some even say that the concept was first laid out in the Emerald Tablet of Hermes Trismegistus:
  • That which is Below corresponds to that which is Above, and that which is Above, corresponds to that which is Below, to accomplish the miracles of the One Thing.
As Above, So Below

Of course I can't verify any of this with 100% certainty, but the 'as above, so below' mention in the hermetic principles relates to metaphysical concepts/truths, or so-called universal laws. I don't personally believe it has anything to do with what's suggested in that image.

One of the many I would guess.
Would be nice if we could determine what caused these buildings to be buried and petrified.
Without having to experience the process first hand.

I always saw that statement as relating to the fractal nature of reality. Things repeat at exponential scales.

It would be interesting to read it in a hollow earth sort of way, but that seems very literal to me.

So then they do these excavations and find another complex but I wonder if they dig under that will they find another complex?? how far do these things go?


How will will ever know since we cant research it ourselves?
