I think you just email moderncoinmart they're marketing these known as 'fancies' by coin collectors and usually a limited amount made. They'd know why the content depicted with poland but quite likely poland has its version a tit for tat for coin collecting specialists. Usually these coins are not for public circulation. All for investment purposes.
The reason for Queen is due to island protect to New Zealand and Headed to queen which if I'm not mistaken is mandatory on postage stamps issues also.
Crimea ex Russia well I think it's because that's true language spoken at the site of that castle bordering Ukraine speaking Russian too.
Not a bad collaboration attracting 5 marketplaces plus all the commonwealth countries who buy into anything Queen/crown faced by collectors/hobbyists.
I should add complements to your taste and description as tat reminder. These types of coins typically minted in this case a NZ protectorate island as in this example or minted in Poland for their version, probably sell for $25/30 neatly packged onto direct sale advertisers the product accompanied with heartfelt story romantic history and such like, everybody gets a cut ie the mint the crown..who funded the outlay? What truth in sales quantity etc. How would hobbyists know?
To conclude my thoughts it's just a business using/abusing existing resources of production...wonder where the get the silver from.
