Very nice recap of lots of the issues.
seems an oil guy named Sinclair used dinosaurs for his gasoline brand starting circa 1930 and parlayed that propaganda for decades.
as per usual few stopped to think. how illogical.
...covering their tracks now by claiming all along fossil just meant "dug out".
