The research on the ether was picked up around the 1970s by soviet aviation engineer Vladimir Atsiukovskiy (atsuk.dart.ru) for his practical purposes such as reduction of electromagnetic noise.

He developed the new methodology and not-so-mathematically-heavy theory that was later expounded in several books (general ether dynamics, popular ether dynamics, introduction to ether dynamics etc.)

In Atsiukovskiy's framework, the ether is a real gas with all the properties of known gases such as pressure etc.
The ether is subatomic and even subelectronic gas with particle size 10^-111 meter.
The ether is super low density gas which means that colliding streams of ether can go through each other without losing speed.
To contain excessive pressure, ether can create toroidal ring-shaped vortexes which we perceive as elementary particles.
Electricity and the electrical field are stright movement of the ether.
Magnetic field is rotary movement of the ether.
Electromagnetic waves like radio are toroidal vortexes expanding at lightspeed (and rotating several times as fast)
Visible light is the Carman vortex street in the ether, a sequence of unlooped vortexes created from ether stream flowing around an atomic obstacle. As they move in the ether, they lose energy due to friction, expand and then eventually totally dissipate which we perceive as the redshift and the relic radiation.
The gravity is the Archimedes force caused by faster chaotic motion of the ether in the outer space relative to its chaotic motion on the ground level.
The ether fills up the entire observable universe, controlling it's motions. The so called "The axis of evil" is the axis of another toroidal vortex whose particles are entire galaxies and its dimensions are about 10^27 meters.

His research was later picked up by others (Klimov, Zatelepin, Magnitsky, Losinets, Builin, Avsharov, Pepin, Surin, Gryaznov, Bychkov, Zaitsev, Nizovcev, Losinets). Notably, each of them has its own ideas about the ether.
Two scientifical conferences was organized so far in 2021 and 2024.

Dmitry Losinets in particular can be considered Atsiukovsky's most successfull follower. In his 30s he says to study ether dsynamics for 15 years. He took only Atsiukovsky's methodology mostly. Atsiukovsky's models he amended with his own mathematical background. He also incorporated Burtayev's atomic models and studies from some of the above.

English speakers intrested in ether dynamics can start with english Osenilo subreddit: new.reddit.com/r/Osenilo (new reddit bc pictures)
Last month major Russian publisher released Dmitry's book "Ether dynamics. All physics on 100 sheets".
(It's not in Russian and everything but the draft in docx is available in Telegram forum View: https://t.me/OseniloForum/37/44824 so you can put into Google translate or something. Dmitry doesn't mind the downloads of his book but he says the publisher may be)

I'm not sure one can say someone 'picked up' ether research/physics, since (actual) physicists never abandoned the idea...

But I've always wanted to read more on the subject if I have time

However, some theories over do it when they try to be a 'theory of everything';
the most common type being some new particle(s) or field or energy proposed that supposedly makes up everything else.

Ralph Ring invented and drove a circular craft, the OTC-X1, powered by ether and mind. It and all the paperwork/tools were picked up by usmil in 1961.

Ralph gave a great archived two hour interview to Henrik Palmgren of redice radio.

The second book in the series of four specifically relating to Otis Carr's original research and documentation including later work by Walter Baumgartner.
Contains research papers and work previously unavailable.

Ralph Ring is a brilliant innovative technician who as a young man in the late 1950s worked closely with Otis T. Carr. With the aid of his small team, Carr, who was himself a protegé of the great inventor Nikola Tesla, built a number of flying disks which worked, prior to their experimentation being forcibly terminated by government agents.

They built a flying disk, powered by rotating electromagnets in conjunction with a number of small, ingenious capacitor-like devices called “Utrons”. A number of prototypes were built, ranging in size from experimental models a few feet across to a passenger-carrying craft which was fully 45 feet in diameter. The smaller disks flew successfully – one even disappeared completely and was permanently lost – and Ralph himself testifies to having co-piloted, with two others, the large craft a distance of some ten miles, traversing this distance instantaneously.

The Utron was the key to it all. Carr said it accumulated energy because of its shape, and focused it, and also responded to their conscious intentions. When they operated the machine, they didn’t work any controls, but went into a kind of meditative state and focused their intentions on the effect they wanted to achieve. Carr had tapped into some principle which is not understood, in which consciousness melds with engineering to create an effect.

Is this not just advancing the views of Descartes and his vortex theories of our realm - rejected in favour of the alchemist Newtons "gravitation" produced by magic in the vacuum of space ?
Nice to see it back in fashion.

Although, now that I read his book 'A Fool's Wisdom', I think I judged a bit too early and he tells very interesting things.
Sorry for this video, I think I was fooled by his PhD and Dr titles.

(Moderator, can these last two texts of mine here on this topic perhaps be deleted?)
