Starforts are great attractors, Manila has got a big one, so I streetviewed a bit around the area.
Two finds. One is this, the Fortune Island...Acropolis; you can find the other one in the artificial islands thread of mine.

So, just outside the Bay of Manila there is a little elongated island. On the southern tip of this island there is this:

A greek-styled ruined structure. It looks like a modern cheap addition to create a picturesque view for wedding photographs.
However, the story behind it is unclear, most tourist sites and wiki just mention it without explanation, except from this one, which offers a not very solid story, I think. The ownership of the island is quite obscure. Yes, there are some resort ruins nearby but do not look as if anything luxurious "to serve the upper class of society" existed there at all.
I 90% believe that there is nothing more to it than what they claim it to be, but, just for the rest 10%, I leave it here for you to have a look, too...

it looks like a faux ruin the statue is interesting though seems like if you were gonna make a fake statue to attract tourists you'd leave a head or arm or something I find that odd. Also these feet,? crazy pic

Looks to me like it did have those features which have since broken off as you can see the hollow interior, definately not a recreation of ruin and is an example of cheap construction/ something definately not made of fine stone.
The pillars too have eroded past their best as you can see structrural metal rods inside, these pillars were cast with concrete and not carved from stone/ not old.

I recon this is a tourist spot someone has put up to increase the interest in the area.
