Flat Earth

Planned launch date = February 7th, 2026
Thanks for fresh space mission info. But there will be no boots on the moon's ground?
Your Nasa link says that "Artemis II will not land. Instead, a crew of four astronauts will travel around the far side of the Moon at a distance of several thousand miles, setting the record for the farthest humans have ever ventured from Earth."

And, unfortunately, observers on earth will not be able to film the event since the spaceship will travel around the "far side."
Only a few weeks away.
After all this time, half a century, and now ....... this ambitious project? Remarkable!

AI can generate some pretty good images, I hear.

Can they top the footage of the Indian Moon Landing?

Regarding the Indian Moon Landing video link above...you'd think they could have used something a bit more advanced than an Atari Jaguar to make the graphics =P

At least one commenter was "stunned":

EDIT: Had to add another image of a great comment from the YT hosted video
that vid is so "20/20s".

we curry for all mankind!

wonder if nasa will turn off yt comments.

the only thing real is fakery.

I think I know who was filming that footage...

Simulation theory is a hard concept for many people to consider.
The flat earth model allows for an aetheric projection to "simulate" a physics based on another dimension. The Nazi swastika can be understood as the "black sun" through which a computer matrix is transmitted.

They've made an announcement regarding the "artifacts" they're going to send along on the trip. Seems the PR machine is going full bore with this one.

From earth (soil) to the moon (flag): NASA to fly artifacts, mementos on Artemis II

A quick perusal of the contents...some real standouts from the list (apparently they've raided a junk drawer at NASA offices) :
  • Canadian Space Agency stickers x12
  • Canadian flag stickers x20
  • Artemis II rubber stamp x1
  • Human Landing System (HLS) decals x64
  • Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo badge x1
  • Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) stickers x10
  • Moon tree soil x10 small bags
  • Silver Snoopy pins x100
  • NASA rubber stamp x1
  • Zinnia and chile peppers seed packet x1
  • Royal Canadian Air Force stickers x1
  • Innu flag stickers x1
  • Various tree seeds x1

bother. My entire post disappeared before I realized I wasn't logged in.

And, unfortunately, the Artemis mission has been postponed to March.
And little (no) new information has been introduced to the geocentric model.

FEers sometimes assume the dome/firmament to exist at 60 to 70 miles up.
How can we discover what lies above and below our world when a Control System perverts pretty much all our assumed knowledge?
Nasa and its subsidiaries collude to conceal pure science and to confuse us with hints of true physics.
example: plasma.

The atmospheric gas density becomes low enough to support the conditions for a plasma around earth at about 90 kilometers above Earth's surface. The electrons in plasma gain more energy, and they are very low in mass ....

Now, the hard part. Translate pseudoscience BS of the Body Scientific. as if! better to ask an electrical enigeer.
Eric Dollard, q.v., studied the sun for many decades and learned its 3 secrets: it's hollow, acts as a transformer of energy, and is dying.
hmm, can we measure the speed of light when we see real world applications?

Conclusion? the sun is a light bulb. It receives energy from a source field, which then illuminates helium, argon, or other gases in the "plasmasphere."
What is the depth of that layer of plasma? One theory = 60-70 miles altitude and extending up to 3000 miles.

My cousin got really upset with me when I talked with him about Space not being real. It's gonna be fun talking with him in 20-30 years when he finally realizes he's been had and humanity hasn't gotten anywhere out there in outer space.

Questions, questions, questions.

Viktor Schauberger's Questions for Science
Since the very beginning of time the Sun has stood above everything, staring down in icy silence at the frenzied activities of humanity, who regard it as a fiery orb?
How could it be otherwise, such is their direct mental approach towards life?
Yet the closer we approach the source of light and heat, the colder and darker its face will become. The nearer we are to it, the brighter the stars will be. As its light diminishes, heat, atmosphere, water and life will also disappear.

- What serves the Sun as a carrier of light and heat, if, in the view of our learned scientists, space is a vacuum?
- Why is the light and heat in the tropics more diffuse, and at the poles the Sun's light more intense and its radiant heat less?
- Why is water at the poles warmer at the bottom? Why is the sunlit surface so icily cold?
- Why doesn't the warmer, lighter bottom-water of the sea rise upwards?
- Why are water temperatures at the equator so warm? Why is it that it gets colder with increasing depth, and why does it get warmer again below the boundary layer of +4C (+39.2F), and why does Life begin there anew?
- Why do the magnetic lines of force run from south to north, and why does the Earth rotate from west to east?
- Why does a top stand upright when it is spun from the side?
- Why is the desert so dead despite all the heat?
- How is it that the warm Gulf Stream can push cold seawater aside and wend its way for thousands of kilometres over ocean mountains and valleys in a reversed temperature-gradient, without the assistance of a mechanical gradient?
- Why does groundwater in walls rise far above the surface of the ground?
- Why don't wooden posts rot under water, but always above it?
- Why do damp tiled roofs dry out from the eaves towards the ridge?
- Why can rising cold water pierce through the hardest rock?
- Why doesn't the Earth's warm air rise?
- Why is it so cold at the top of a mountain - nearer the Sun?
- Why is it warmer nearer the ceiling and colder at the floor in our houses when an artificial source of heat is used?
- Why do gases condense with a decrease in temperature, and why don't the fiery gases of the Sun, with supposed temperatures of over 6000C (10,832F), stream out into space?
- Why does marble expand with heat, and why doesn't it contract again with cold?
- Why do west->east flowing water-courses fertilise their banks?
- Why are the banks of east->west flowing rivers so barren?
- Why are the banks of south->north flowing watercourses fertile on one side only? (*)
- Why do riverse flowing into cold seas migrate laterally to the north?
- Why does the salt content of the seas vary?
- Why do herrings migrate northwards in winter?
- Why do deep-sea fish glow?
- Why do cold-blooded animals carry fever-inducing poison?
- Why does a cold fever occur in the tropics? Why does a warm fever arise from a chill? What is fever anyway?
- What is temperature? What is heat? What is cold?
- What is energy?
- Why does the heart beat in our breast? Who gives this muscle its impulse to move? Where is the motor for this pump? Why does blood circulate in our blood vessels? Why do we breathe day and night, when asleep and even when totally unconscious?
- Why do the fluids in a chicken's egg circulate without a heart? Why does a stone suffocate when we cut off its air supply?
- Why do light-demanding timbers have a thick bark, and shade-demanders only a thin one?
- Why does a trout stand still in a raging torrent, as if by magic?
- What is it that keeps the Earth floating in space?
- Does the heart beat because we breathe, or do we breathe because the heart beats? Where is the heart of a planet?
- Why does water pulsate and breathe? Why does groundwater manage to remain on the sides of mountains and why, growing colder and heavier, does it rise upwards? Why does it frequently spring from high peaks?
- Why do deltas and estuaries develop?
- What is evaporation? What is vaporisation?
- What is dissolution, what is combination, what is absorption, and on what effects are these processes founded?
- Why is our body-temperature sub-normal when climbing a mountain and above normal as we descend?

(* North->south and south->north effects are reversed in the southern hemisphere - Ed.)

Why doesn't half the earth freeze every night when the earth rotates on its axis and the night side has no warming sunlight? The distance is actually more than that to the Arctic and Antarctic.

As for the other questions, your link took me into another rabbit hole, which puts "life" into the aether.

Orgone - Wikipedia

Orgone (/ˈɔːrɡoʊn/ OR-gohn)[1] is a pseudoscientific[2] concept variously described as an esoteric energy or hypothetical universal life force. Originally proposed in the 1930s by Wilhelm Reich,[3][4][5] and developed by Reich's student Charles Kelley after Reich's death in 1957, orgone was conceived as the anti-entropic principle of the universe, a creative substratum in all of nature comparable to Mesmer's animal magnetism (1779), to the Odic force (1845) of Carl Reichenbach and to Henri Bergson's élan vital (1907).[6] Orgone was seen as a massless, omnipresent substance, similar to luminiferous aether, but more closely associated with living energy than with inert matter. It could allegedly coalesce to create organization on all scales, from the smallest microscopic units—called "bions" in orgone theory—to macroscopic structures like organisms, clouds, or even galaxies.[7]

I think the sun is likely just a focal point of energy (plasma), similar to that of a magnifying glass. No density, not hollow, not solid, no depth. Like a rainbow, its not there, and you cannot travel to it. The problem with modern science is its become Scientism. Just full of make believe assumptions and buzz words treated as real, like the big bang and gravity. Even the assumption that light travels is absurd. Its all just scientism and is designed to keep you stupid and distracted. Its not until we unlearn all the BS we were taught, can we start do disseminate reality. With regards to our cosmology, I think it can be explained better using the principles. Aether, frequency, plasma, magnetism, dielectrics, static boyancy. The nhailistic viewpoint of scientism espouses materilistic reductionism that cant explain anything in reality.

Show HN: Algorithmically finding the longest line of sight on Earth | Hacker News

We're Tom and Ryan and we teamed up to build an algorithm with Rust and SIMD to exhaustively search for the longest line of sight on the planet. We can confirm that a previously speculated view between Pik Dankova in Kyrgyzstan and the Hindu Kush in China is indeed the longest, at 530km.
We go into all the details at All The Views
And there's an interactive map with over 1 billion longest lines, covering the whole world at Rsbuild App Just click on any point and it'll load its longest line of sight.
possible proof...

Longest line of sight on earth photographed
The longest line of sight on earth photographed is 493.07 km (306.37 mi), achieved by Richard Jezik (Slovakia), in Giresun, Turkey, on 15 December 2024.

Wikipedia also lists and describes other long distance photos.
Several details must be acknowledged. Observer's altitude, atmospheric moisture.

My own algotihm for DIY sightings is as goof-proof as possible.
Find a body of water, preferaly over 3 miles wide. Put a breadbox or other small item on the far bank.
Place a camera the same height right above the water.
Examine the photo/s. Is the target visible?
Do the math. 8xdxd. 8 inches times the square of the distance.
At one mile, acc. to spherical trig, there will be an 8-inch drop.
2 miles = 8x2x2 = 32 inches
3 miles = 8x3x3 = 72 inches = 6 ft.

Easy peasy, even with modern smartfones with zoom lenses.
This is my favorite FE foto. Not that globe people would even understand why it's impossible. Shills claim it's a refraction mirage, which actually bends light down.

Photographic proof, water and air that cling to a spinning ball, warm temperatures inside space vacuum with -450°F, etc. etc.
and primitive people built pyramids and cathedrals and star forts and dead dinosaurs decomposed into fossil fuels. etc.
Turn on the teevee news to see more examples of governmental mental governing.

As a wise philosopher once said, You can't fix stupid. (Ron White)

Some of us in this thread have learned that you can't talk about flat earth with most people.
They know even less about science than they do about what's really happening in the fake news.
Tell friends and family that they spiral 66,600 mph around the sun, but we can't feel it because of relative gravity. And how will they react?
Nasa and SpaceX accomplish nothing but the sheeple still think we're gong back to the moon, and soon.
Outer space is where black holes and dark matter and other fairy tales exist. or should I say sci-fi? because Star Trek and Star Wars have totally warped the minds of modern Homo ignoranuses.

If you ask a globe believer to prove you wrong, well, good luck with that.
Present this idea > and prepare for laughter/incredulity/anger >

We live in a closed system. a stationary and irregular plane.
Its basic structure is not unlike a saltwater battery.
A dome structure above it maintains air pressure -

- and recycles water and weather patterns -

Artemis II: NASA's First Crewed Lunar Flyby in 50 Years - NASA
2 days agoArtemis II builds on the success of the uncrewed Artemis I in 2022, and will demonstrate a broad range of capabilities needed on deep space missions . . . .

launch No Earlier Than March 2026
mission duration 10 Days

nhq20260201-admin-0014orig.jpg

Why the delays?

More to the point, will there be photographers near enough to record the event? (unless the rocket arcs sideways around 20 miles to go out of sight in an "orbit")
Modern cameras should be able to video, with zoom lenses, the ascent of the spacecraft from launchpad to the edge of space, 62 miles altitude. and beyond.

62 miles is the Karman line. Can optical equipment film that distance?
