Do you have some sources to read? Also for the following story about Muslims. Thanks
Sure, best is to look in Hebrew sources. I collected some examples and translated them. Some of this stuff can't be found in English.
Edit: In relation to the thread's main subject, I think that the direction I used here can also be applied to the Christian sites associated with Jesus, and see how their owners had dealt with them.
Rothschild
The more relevant member here is
Edmond James de Rothschild (1845-1934)
[Grandson of Mayer Amschel Rothschild, known as the house founder]
- There is one source I like, the website of "
M.T.H" , a private educational company founded by the Rothschilds, that literally dominates the Israeli education system by 'securing' all the contracts for the materials, school books and etc. therefore = they dictate the narrative itself.
The following
article speaks of Baron E.J Rothschild's 5 tours to Israel.
1st segment says, shortened:
"On the 1st visit, in 1887, he went to Jerusalem first thing, to pray at the wailing wall. (temple mount)... ... ... In his hotel had visited the Turkish governor of the city. That visit spread a loud rumor, that the Baron is asking to purchase the wailing wall and its surroundings... he then continued touring the education and charity foundations, established by him and his family..."
Nice rumor there with a probable basis.
- His Hebrew
wikisays:
"In the days of the 1st jewish migration, he was extensively engaged with buying lands off the Ottomans and local Arabs. ... ...
The volume of lands that he purchased directly, or by his companies, exceeded the volume purchased by all the Zionists altogether."
"Founded the first Hebrew-speaking school in Jeruslaem, Evelina de Rothschild."
"In his last days, he financed many archeological digs in Israel. In 1913 he purchased the eastern part of City of David [Jerusalem's ancient 'royal part'], and convinced the French-Jewish archeologist Raymond Weill to perform digs at the site. Rothschild continued to finance even more digs, under Weill, in 1923-24. Due to the land's purchase, the territory became void of houses, and so the digs could continue for much later by the archeologist Igal Shilo, without interruption."
It's said that Raymond Weill was first to identify the site as "King David's city",
after the digging. Why did Rothschild need to 'convince' him
to dig specifically there? Weill was also an Egyptologist, a commonly 'masonic' job at the time, IMO.
Interesting dark fact: Igal Shilo continued to dig into the 80's, when he exposed a new part called "G section". Israel's Rabbis claimed that he uncovered ancient Jewish graves (classic excuse), and that he mustn't continue digging. In '81, the high court of Israel ruled against him and took away his license, while citing in contradiction, that he's actually in the right. [
link] The Rabbis also held a
Kabbalistic
death-curse ritual against Shilo, and he died 2 years later from cancer, age 50. The digging didn't continue.
{ many others are known to have been 'struck by lighting' after such rituals... including 2 prime ministers:
Yitzhak Rabin,
Ariel Sharon
Similarly to Igal Shilo, an architect named
Eyal Ragunis received the 'curse' after interacting with old Jewish graves, during a renovation he was doing in Jaffa city. He was a top-notch Special Forces officer, and later a successful architect. Died shortly after, age 37.
Personally I believe those 'rituals' have no real hand-of-god kind of power, but they're used to signal the intentions of the PTB, much like how Hollywood advertises the coming 'execution' of celebrities through subliminal messages. }
- Rothschild Family wiki
cites:
"The Israeli Parliament building, and the Supreme Court building were donated to Israel by the Rothschilds". [Both in Jerusalem]
- If we go back to the original news piece, "Rothschild is buying Jerusalem", it's definitely exaggerated, but there's an aspect of truth to it.
Rothschild were mainly interested in Israel's agricultural lands, and they invested in those way more than in Jerusalem. However in Jerusalem, it is not about the volume of land, but the locations themselves. Also, the
Vatican has a significant number of properties there.
I believe most of us had a read or two about Vatican-Rothschild connection. Must the family hold all of its assets directly? Nope, there are always friends for that. Even on mainstream wiki we find such
article: Rothschild's donation to the Holy See, in 1832, a sum equivalent to more than $5 billion dollars of today).

Muslim Waqf in Temple Mount
In Islam there's an organization term called
Waqf وقف
It exists in many places, and it is a body that is entrusted with keeping of holy sites.
Jerusalem Isalmic Waqf
Wiki
: "The Jerusalem Islamic Waqf is an Islamic religious trust (sometimes called an "Islamic Religious Endowments" organization) best known for controlling and managing the current Islamic edifices on and around the Temple Mount in the Old City of Jerusalem, including the Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Dome of the Rock. Some form or another of the waqf has governed access to the Haram esh-Sharif since the Muslim reconquest of the Kingdom of Jerusalem in 1187, with the latest version instituted by the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan after its conquest and occupation of the West Bank and East Jerusalem during the 1948 war. Accordingly, the King of Jordan currently supplies all of the funding needed to operate the waqf, which is in effect the civil administration for the holy site.
Israel occupied the Old City of Jerusalem during the Six-Day War of June 1967. After the end of hostilities, Israel let the waqf retain authority over the Temple Mount".
Originally, the Waqf existed in all Palestine, and was the de-facto governing body, under the Ottomans.
It should be noted, that the Israeli government
forbids any media access to the Waqf, since ever.
Most of the claims of destruction made by the Waqf, aren't well documented - the media is barred from covering it. Prior to the 90's,
only few cases managed to come out. It is simply 'common knowledge' in Israel, and among Arabs too. The Waqf itself does not deny it, as it enjoys the fame it gets from the Islamic world.
1985: A
snippet from the Parliament conversations, where it is asked: Where are the documents or maps that validate the Waqf's right to the territories which they claim, and are given to them? A question is raised, whether the government will persecute the Waqf by law, for the destruction of antiques in the Temple Mount?
1996: An Israeli
article summarizes a case in which the Waqf performed massive work without notifying the authorities, on a location below the Temple Mount called
Solomon's Stables.
The Greco-Roman structure is claimed to belong to the Jewish Kingdom of the 2nd century. When 'discovered' in the midages by the
Knights Templar, they had used it as horse stables, and the 'Solomon' is named after them. When the Muslims re-conquered Jerusalem, the building was blocked, never to be used again. In '
96, the Waqf turned it into a
mosque named El-Marwani. The mosque was built underground, for which the Waqf wanted to build an 'emergency exit': they dug a 12 meters deep, 36x43m hole, and excavated 6,000 cubic meter of sand and rock - an enormous size in terms of Jerusalem archeology.
When an investigation went to find who approved it, they found that the (claimed freemason) Israeli prime minister Ehud Barak gave a personal, unwritten authorization. This fact was not denied.
Solomon's Stables, now known as El-Marwani Mosque
2000: Following dramatic destruction events in the 90's, an Israeli organization was founded:
"The Public Committee to Prevent Destruction of Temple Mount's Antiques"
It was nothing small - it had members such as leading archeologists, former judges and generals.
They fought for many years against the Waqf and tried to document everything they do. Their biggest 'enemy', however, was the
Israeli government. Israel has a rule of censorship, forbidding any media group from accessing the Waqf's dominion over the mount.
The committee had failed in its effort to cancel that rule. An old
website of theirs contains much photographic evidence of illegal Waqf works.
2007: A group of former Israeli army generals sue the Waqf in the supreme court, blaming them for destruction of archeological content, while they were conducting mass 'renovation' to the temple site, using heavy machinery, unsupervised. The court, and parliament, closed the case saying "everything is done properly" without elaborating. [

It must be accented that Israel itself is way more involved in the modification, or destruction of the old city. The interesting part is that the so-called 'enemy' is given authority over the most delicate parts, and has a free hand in its works there.
