Flat Earth

The further I look into all the different theories of what shape Earth is, the more I question if this Earth even exists as we are told.

What if where we are now, is not the actual Earth?

The first problem is all the theories (Flat Earth, Hollow Earth, Globe Theory, World Turtle, etc) all require the assumption that we likewise live on Earth. Regardless which theory of Earth's shape one subscribes to, all sides are in lock-step agreement that Earth exists.

I have a problem with this, because it prohibits other possibilities, such as maybe the idea of Earth is a memory stored in our junk-DNA, and the powers that be manipulate this generational memory of Earth to keep us here.

But why is every other animal on this place acclimated to the environment, yet we humans need clothes to keep warm, and to cook our food, and filter our water? What if we were removed from our true Earth, placed here, some how we underwent collective amnesia (yet retaining a DNA-based memory of our true home, Earth), and are told this place is our true home, our true Earth.

If we believed we are home, would we ever want to leave?

How very Dark City. Humanity removed and placed into a controlled environment for a purpose.

I suppose that only punts the question down the road a little further… what is the true form of the Earth which we came from? Was it truly a planet/globe, and our dissonance with “living on a globe” isn’t because the globe is wrong itself, but simply because we’re not on the globe we think we are? Or are we on a prison globe which contradicts our genetic memory of a different earth?

as with every cerebral supposition, I’m left with more questions than answers!

In layman terms, a massive scale truman show that is both physical and mental to some extent, which contributes to our collective amnesia. That begs 2 immediate questions of how and why

but it must be literal, otherwise it goes back to the simulation retardness

Space Busters has created some in depth documentaries recently, highlighting anomalies regarding the Antarctic time zones and the rising and setting times of the sun. Worth a watch, and can be found here:

SCAMTARCTICA: the Antarctic Circle Jerk

SCAMTARCTICA 2: The Gleason Map & Impossible West to East Sun

View: https://www.bitchute.com/video/VtiMkG9ucjfH

I have to admit I got a bit bored with the first one, some good points but it got a bit repetitive. I stopped after the first 30 mins, are there any real nuggets I missed later on?

The 2nd one is more interesting, great to see how it fits on the Gleason map compared to the globe one. Watch this one first if you're short on time!

Yes its a bit of a watch. I just put it on the other screen while doing other things. You could skip through the middle, as he goes through a lot of anomalies that are similar. Maybe watch the last 45 minutes.

7 ways you can easily prove that the Earth is not flat

Pretty much everyone knows the Earth is a globe. But a very, very small minority of us cling inexplicably to the idea of a flat Earth.
So, with everyone staying inside over the course of the Covid-19 pandemic, we thought it was the perfect time to compile the ways you can prove that the Earth most definitely a globe.
1. Look upwards
View attachment 9406
Yep, this one's pretty simple. When you look up at the night sky, you can only see certain constellations from certain points on Earth.

Someone in Australia will see a different sky to someone in England at night - for example, you can't see Polaris, the North Star, from the southern hemisphere.
If the Earth was flat, everyone would be able to see the same constellations.
2. Look down
An equally straightforward way to prove the Earth is not flat is to simply measure your shadow.
If you get two people at different distances from the equator, and they measure their shadows at the same time, their shadows will be different lengths. But if the Earth was flat, their shadows would be the same.
Eratosthenes, who conducted a version of this experiment, knew this 3,000 years ago
3. Weigh yourself
View attachment 9407

Gravity, which pulls everyone towards the centre of our planet's mass, means we weigh the same wherever we are in the world.

But a flat Earth would mean that those at the edge of the disk would be pulled sideways, while those at the centre would be pulled down.
To iron out this problem, Flat Earthers have concluded there is no such thing as gravity - you know, that force that pretty much holds the entire Universe together.

But if they were correct, you would not be able to weigh yourself at all. You would also be dead.
4. Take a trip to Antarctica
Flat Earthers argue that Antarctica is actually a massive ice wall around a flat Earth.
But, if that were true, the countless planes that fly over Antarctica would surely have just... fallen off?

5. Check your watch
View attachment 9408

To explain seasons, Flat Earthers argue that the sun orbits in a circle above us.
But that doesn't explain time zones, though this is their attempt, which shows the sun as some kind of spotlight,

Everyone whose ever used a torch at night knows you can see its beam from the side - and that would apply to a flat Earth too.
6. Grab a compass
Our planet has a magnetic field generated by the molten iron at the core of our planet.
If the Earth was flat, it would have no core. And even if it had a flat layer of liquid metal instead, the planet wouldn't rotate in a way that created a magnetic field.

7. Grab a pendulum
This famous experiment was first demonstrated in 1851 by Leon Foucault and is now found in museums around the world.

If you watch a pendulum for long enough, you'll notice it starts to swing in a slightly different direction, which proves the Earth is rotating beneath your feet.
I hate being that guy, and I know this is an old thread, but none of these prove anything. Anything. One thing I am pretty certain of ( and of course correct me if I am wrong, I am a lot) is that spherical trigonometry essentially disproves what the claimed circumference is if it is a globe.

In layman terms, a massive scale truman show that is both physical and mental to some extent, which contributes to our collective amnesia. That begs 2 immediate questions of how and why

Its not natural Vini, what did Don Juan call the mind of the predator? Baroque and contradictory...and I know you hate simulation stuff....buuuut....

Also lemme point out that if FE isnt a time wasting rabbit hole nothing is....this thread is 85 pages!! It totally dovetails with recent Feralimal post re carbon: unless your ass can go to space, nobodies proving sh*t!!

The fact they make the claim that space is a vacuum is ridiculous considering you can't have a vacuum next to an open air system.

There are "earth curve calculators" readily accessible that explain the visual distance and level at which objects will be obscured from view. There are a ton of videos that show people using lasers or viewing through a lens objects that should not be visible based on elevation and distance from said objects. Last I checked basic math works pretty well so I'm having a hard time understanding how the earth curve calculators differ from what is clearly observable /s.

Asked an artist to draw/paint an example of the curved landscape as per the official calculator and was told "this is the hardest assignment i've ever been asked to do".

One artist's attempt...

@jeenam? My old eyes were startled when I saw your name. Which looks kind of like Jeranism, who went from flat to Scamarctica.
;)

ok, now let me make some people mad at me for derailing the thread. Which I am most def not -- I am actually trying to insert Flat Earth into stolen history and all the other "conspiracy theories" that constitute the computer code we call Reality.

At this stage, about 10 years after FE hit the internet big time, it's become tiresome task to discuss physics in a world where people still fall for the wet spinning ball and air that rotates 1000 mph.
This morning, for example, I heard thunder reverberating LOUDLY off the dome. Again, normies don't want to make sense of such observable realities that only make sense in a closed system. because .... Star Trek is more funner to believe.

Speaking of reality, I've been looking at David Talbott's Saturn Myth and Jno Cook's Saturnian Cosmology lately -- to see how they try to resolve our crazy conglomeration of history and science and all the crap that makes the headlines.
It's all a big fat lie.
We live in a computer program matrix hogwash factory.
"Advanced Beings" created this here crummy simulacrum and we are their playthings who do their bidding.

Greek myth (and/or Sumerican, Egyptian, Mayan, etc.) probably reveals more secrets than all the textbooks and museums.
And of course, gnosticism, in which Christ was rudely excluded from the Garden of Eden. Instead, Satan was the honest fallen angel who told Even that she would not die from eating the Apple of Knowledge.
Satan, who the gnostics call the Demiurge, has always ruled this prison planette.
In this Unified Theory of Everything, the first world age may not have been Golden. possibly purple?
when a gigantic "planet" stood over earth.

Scamtarctica 2 video posted by Consciousness Arise (much thanks for that) saves the Gleason map . Outstanding work by Spacebusters in showing how the suns journey around the plane places the Antarctic bases along the ice barrier. The longitude/latitude system on Gleason's map is actually the globe "model" version and falls to pieces below the tropic of Capricorn as explained superbly by the time anomalies in the video.

Seems to me the reality as shown by observation of sunrise/set/solar noon points to a flat earth.

I came across Charles Tart years ago: He has expressed our current situation- imo- fairly clearly ; here's a quote from a paper I found summarising his view.

https://tsnshift.s3.amazonaws.com/c...eart01-Module03-Materials-ConsensusTrance.pdf

CONSENSUS TRANCE
I was an undergraduate in Ann Arbor, Michigan when I first encountered experimental psychologist Charles Tart’s powerful idea that what is usually called “normal” consciousness may also function as a “consensus trance.” 1
Simplified, the premise of consensus trance is that people believe what they are told to be true—what they are indoctrinated to believe—rather than what they might conclude to be true based on their own direct experience or critical thinking.

This concept defines the psychology of social consensus and conformity, and helps explain why the collective agreement related to our predicament can be so fierce.
Consensus trance supports the tacit acceptance of “official” narratives, and supports us to unconsciously repress, deny or reject unpalatable truths. Like Freud’s initial insights, Tart’s thesis about the consensus trance emerged from his study of hypnosis. He saw that the process of drawing children into a sense of “the right way to do and see things” functioned very much like a hypnotic induction. Particular views are reinforced again and again throughout our lives, starting in childhood, via countless social cues.
Tart connected that with the implications of research into how beliefs influence perceptions, and proposed that normal waking consciousness is actually the product of an extensive collective hypnotic induction. This induction is practiced consistently by parents and teachers, and reinforced by every social interaction. It is sometimes brutally enforced via powerful taboos.
Much criticism of compulsory schooling points to this shaping of conformity and compliance that starts when we are schoolchildren. Many contemporary teachers critical of the relatively recent social project- that is compulsory K-12 education- point to this, with academics like John Taylor Gatto exposing established historical motives very different rom the presumed altruistic ones.
This was notably described early on by Alexander Inglis in his 1918 book Principles of Secondary Education.
Inglis named six purposes of modern schooling; two in particular stand out as especially germane to consensus trance.

The first was adaptive or adjustive—to establish in children fixed habits of obedience to authority.
The second was integrative, whose purpose is conformity—essentially homogenizing us for easy management and
manipulation as citizens and consumers, and creating a predictable labor force. 2

While a modest amount of this kind of “training” might uplift a child’s primitive unformed awareness, it also tends to suppress free, expansive, and critical perceptions of reality in those who don’t outgrow it.

Tart’s thesis not only affirms this but takes it deeper, describing it not just in terms of behavioral shaping but in terms of consciousness itself.

In Tart’s view, our entire state ofconsciousness is indistinguishable from a trance. Tart proposed that we are inhabiting this trance together, and we have even been given hypnotic suggestions to ignore the evidence that we are in a trance. This explains in part why the “consensus reality” about which most everyone agrees rarely corresponds to objective reality. Groups of people gradually come to agree on which perceptions should be allowed into their awareness, and then quite spontaneously and automatically train each other to see the world in only in that way.

Sorry it's quite long quote; but it takes us into the theory of everyone inhabiting his/her/their own "Reality Tunnels": The tailoring of feeds into everyones' social media platforms (as we should all be aware) has tweaked this procedure up to its present speed - and it will only get more refined and effecient ( for whoever that is )

[I have added a few emphases from the original paper]

"Every kind of ignorance in the world all results from not realizing that our perceptions are gambles. We believe what we see ** and then we believe our interpretation of it, we don't even know we are making an interpretation most of the time. We think this is reality. – Robert Anton Wilson[2][3]"
A little more on the Reality Tunnels we're inside ; when we BELIEVE we're in rabbit holes we're being endlessly diverted ( = my own opinion on this & not RAW's - so far as I can tell btw)

** this applies to whatever we're told, hear or read , obv. , especially by and from ye olde "trusted sources" which we learn about at school.

I'm not experienced to say about their various beliefs in heightened states of consciousness; I'm just a common garden sceptic there.

John Taylor Gatto - An Underground History of American Education

Definitely a book worth reading. That book changed my life and allowed me to realize why traditional schooling never suited me. In short, the school system was the problem, not the student. For those not familiar with the author, he was voted by his peers the best school teacher in the New York City school system multiple times. When he spoke out and exposed the education system for what it was, he was ostracized by the higher ups.

Interesting book and somehow true. The result of this kind of school system (same in Asia and Europe) is conformity over individuality and these structures are not accidental but are deliberately implemented to keep society under control.

George Orwell predicted this trance state in 1949. His "1984" is listed as a novel, a work of fiction that introduced us to groupthink.
The dumbing-down of America was sped up around 2000. Before that, a few math and science teachers were still using investigative methods of learning. If you compare an algebra book from the 60s to what students have to work from now, you'd understand why so many students can't work out equations using deductive reasonong.
English curricula no longer teach complete works of real literature. Gone also are teachers who understand and instruct kids in gammar and composition, logic and rhetoric, not that history books offer anything but Nazi/CIA propaganda. Ditto Orwell's "dual system of astronomy."
We are close to Idiocracy now. The internet is strangling truthers and closing sites and channels that were much more abundant 10 years ago.
We all see it. Tell friends and family that they don't live on a wet spinning ball in a vacuum and they will look at you as if you just crawled out from under a rock with mud on your face.

Thats indeed a point, everyone should be very careful with that. I have only talked to 2-3 people about such topics. Such topics can destroy regular friendships very quickly.

..who would have thought that, with the endless possibility of educating oneself through the internet, so few people use it in a critical and reflective way… I certainly didnt. Far too few people take the time or simply possess the personality structure to "question" what theyve once learned in school or through mainstream media.

Just a quick point in regards to information; it seems clear that one angle of attack that the evil ones use to further their control agenda is controlling information. The m.o. has been the same for centuries it seems - introduce something new and shiny under the guise of this is best for everyone, public education..cell phones...the internet...it's progress. They just Trojan horse everything.
I think things like all of the gender nonsense, and now a.i with deepfake capabilities etc is all part of a larger move to instilling the reality that no one really knows anything and nothing is true...or at least no one can prove anything.

And they're smart. The internet seems to be just what they want, surveillance tool, etc etc etc. All information is out there, you decide what's true.

Information indeed, let’s see if we can bring this full circle. The internet is a multifaceted tool for information distribution. Many think news, blogs, education, etc… but humanity is the chattel of the internet. We give our information freely and blindly in what we perceive to be the pursuit of information.

Sign into this, link this to that, skip over the 100 page EULA/TOS, check in on Facebook, post your everything everywhere… I’m sure the average internet user gives 1000x the “info” they receive.

There is some good here in the form of the free exchange of ideas such as this site. The proliferation of good ideas is insignificant against the spreading of the narrative though.

Furthermore, (erroneous) fact checks and mis/disinformation abound. On the matter of flat earth, most of the quality information has been drowned out by a sea of phony shills pretending the flat earth ends with water pouring off a ledge into the cosmos. They dilute the genuine with a strawman of asinine arguments that nobody really makes to discredit the entire school of thought.

Fold in some fake news and AI generated bullshit, they have effectively made the internet into a place where one must assert judiciousness when gathering information.
