Well Grav, apparently you are an automated account (or maybe Jd755 is, it's unclear). Nevertheless I appreciate you here. At least you aren't using chatgpt, are you? No one can disprove sim theory so let them eat cake or something.
Roll eyes all you want. But lemme ask everyone here: if you heard someone mention that the earth was flat, say 25 years ago, what would your reaction have been?
I agree there is no better theory.
25 years ago I was still heavily under the influence of societal indoctrination, though to a lesser degree than the "average" person. The thought of working for NASA always clung as a potential possibility if I were to have chosen to pursue that path. Obviously the fantasy of working for NASA has been completely squashed LOL.
If someone were to have broached the subject that space is fake and the earth is flat I would have listened to their arguments and eventually done my own research. My mind had always been open to studying any subject and listening to others regarding any topic due to my own experience as an autodidact. Perhaps it was the heavy influence of a close friend who exposed me to a lot of music growing up. You may wonder what music has to do with influencing my beliefs and behaviors. My friend exposed me to a lot of, shall we say, underground or "alternative" music before alternative was a genre label. This was back in the late 80's and early 90's and he was into bands like the Red Hot Chili Peppers and Butthole Surfers looooooooong before they ever hit the mainstream. Think Mother's Milk era RHCP when they were still regarded as just a bunch of wacky nutjobs making heavily funk influenced music. Through that exposure to bands/artists that were non-mainstream it eventually led to a healthy dose of punk rock along the way. And if anyone here knows much about punk rock, one of the ethos associated with that type of music is "fuck the system". And it's not like the folks making that type of music were "rebelling" for no good reason. They rightly pointed out the hypocrisy of society and blatantly said "fuck it all because it's a lot of BS and lies and we're gonna tell it how it is". If there's ever been a corner of society that dared to speak out against fraud and fakery, it has been musicians. Really any form of art requires some semblance of disregard for mainstream thought when pursued for the pure purpose of one's enjoyment. It's really only once the capitalists sieze it and attempt to squeeze it for profit that art begins to lose its pursuit for pure enjoyment. Using music as a prime example, I think we can all agree there probably isn't a single musician that's ever made better music because they were being paid money to make some music.
Any folks out there have any insight into black holes or dark matter? I think the whole idea of dark matter is a farce and the only reason we can't understand it is because we've been indoctrinated with a false understanding of physics/science that doesn't allow us to understand that aether exists and is the fundamental building block of the physical world. The whole baloney about cosmic background radiation is laughable because it's obvious what it is. It's aether. The Big Bang/Cosmic Background Radiation gives the false science a convienient cover to explain it away so the plebs have no idea what the hell it really is.
