I can picture a 1700 guy riding a horse into Ural mountains and saying, “I want a city built here and multiple factoriies. Get a whole bunch of the other guys in Europe on their horses and let’s get down to business. Also make sure you feed all them horses, for we will need them to transport the produced back to Saint Petersburg. It’s only gonna suck for 100 years +, then we will invent a railroad.”

I thought about birds at first, but from this distance they would have to be huge.

It also does not quite look like a defective paper was used. Just a little anomaly I guess.

In today’s world some would probably call it a small fleet of UFOs, but it could be just about anything, I recon.

If you change levels in photo editing program you can see that sky in image was heavily edited... some may be because of photo stitching to create panorama but those would be mainly vertical (like in image 06) but on some others area is too large or in some specific places where I get impression something was erased...

I did a bad job and if I wanted to I could edit it so well that the circles would not be visible......this is bad editing or something else?

Ive overcooked the original here, and it has introduced some artifacts, but my guess is that the sky was originally underexposed in the print stage, hergo disguising something. At 1st I thought the dots could be dust or water, but they look a bit too uniform for that.

Attached is a statue of Peter I Died 1725 , see the attached site for a list of his accomplishments.

His history showed great improvements in technology, science, industry and social reforms. He looks rather large so possibility the giants were killed off leaving Russia with the bad people from Moscow?

They were rapidly becoming a threat an Empire to be reckoned with. So kill them all and bring the peasants.

Yes there is great issues with Russia and many others.

This is a recent statue of Peter the Great by Mikhail Shemyakin, erected in 1991, not far from Peter and Paul Cathedral within the confines of Peter and Paul Fortress. The face and head are probably quite close to Peter the Great's true likeness because the artist used Peter's posthumous mask and wax figure produced by Bartolommeo Rastrelli soon after Peter's death in 1725. Not sure about the rest of the body, though. Peter was very tall and thin, 203 cm (6 ft 8 in) in height, and his head was seen as small for such a tall body. His hands and feet were also proportionally small, and his shoulders were narrow for his height. It is also reported that he had thick brown hair that he kept short, although the monument would lead us to believe that he was bald. The elegant building behind the statue is the Chief Officer's Guardhouse.

Peter the Great

They could be statues like in the peristyles, hypostyles, whatever they're called.
That OLD building in the middle is interesting. Resembles more "Hispanic style".

Hardy, is there a possible connection to the now present empty China cities?
Just a thought, maybe we have it backwards.
